A light and bright apartment, tastefully decorated throughout. Green outdoor space all around apartment. Plenty walks close by one leading to Newmachar about a mile away. Newmachar has a couple of places to eat out; The Beekies Neuk and The Newmachar Hotel also there is a Chinese takeaway and chip shop, co-op, and of course The Newmachar Golf Course for the keen golfer. Kingseat is only ten minutes from Dyce airport and railway station and only 15 minutes by car to Aberdeen city centre.

Cosy 2 bedroom city centre flat with WiFi, on the first and second floor of a high rise block. Located opposite NESCOL, it is close to Lidl, Morrisons and the Bon Accord Centre, a short walk to Union Street and about half a mile from the University of Aberdeen. Bedrooms are light and roomy. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan TV lounge and seating area and a balcony to the front. Great location for visiting the town centre with regular bus services to Union Square, the airport and TECA/P&J Live.
