Quiet Retreat for Two

Spend a starry night in the country with the comfort of a soft bed, a wood stove, and plenty of space both indoors and out. Our yurt is located in a pocket of trees next to rolling farm fields and beautiful conservation land that the Rocklyn creek meanders through. You can prepare your meals in a sweet outdoor kitchen that is entirely screened in- or choose to sit by the fire. Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

We are located on Larry’s Lake in Dorcas Bay on the Lake Huron side of the peninsula. This means beautiful sunsets, a family friendly lake, peace and tranquility. We are a short drive from Johnson’s Harbour, Singing Sands beach and Bruce Peninsula National Park and 20 min to downtown Tobermory. We hope you enjoy our space and the area as much as we do!

Cottage has 2 decks for your relaxation and getaway from city life. Close to the Bruce Peninsula National Park, Tobermory and Lions Head. Please note that only accepting one week rentals for July and August. Saturday to Saturday rentals only. Weekends with minimum 3 night stay for June, September and October.
