Popular ski resorts such as Able Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba 47, Hakuba Happo-one, Iwatake, Tsugaike, Sanosaka, and Cortina are about 10-25 minutes away by car. It is ideal for skiers and snowboarders who want to use the shuttle bus to go to different slopes every day. The building is a log house wrapped in the warmth of wood. It can accommodate up to 11 people and is a great base for multiple families on a snowy mountain trip or a group skiing trip. After a day of skiing, you can relax in the spacious living room, cook in the kitchen, enjoy a BBQ on the deck, and enjoy a Hakuba stay where you can "stay as if you were living with everyone". Convenience stores and supermarkets are also within driving and walking distance, so you can rest assured for long-term stays and self-catering. It is about a 10-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station, and it is a private rental villa that is close to both "skiing days" and "relaxing days".

Surrounded by mountains, you can walk or jog nearby, suitable for a holiday with family and friends. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
