In addition to its unique location, it is above all very peaceful with lots of greenery and offers an excellent base for cycling or walking in the beautiful Flemish Ardennes. The Market Square is 600 metres from the house. There is a cosy sun terrace at the front. There are hardly any cars in the street. De benedenverdieping bestaat uit een ruime living met salon en Tv. Voor derde persoon is er een volwaardig bed in de living. Er is een ingerichte keuken met frigo, oven en microgolf en eettafel. Er een toilet op het gelijkvloers . Op de eerste verdieping is er een slaapkamer met badkamer met lavabo, douche en toilet.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Pays Des Collines en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en fietsers. Het huisje en zwembad bevinden zich in onze tuin, met zicht op de heuvels en onze boerderijdieren. Het zwembad is verwarmd tijdens het seizoen (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden van juni tot september). Buiten het seizoen is het zwembad toegankelijk voor de ijsberen!
