Holiday rentals with beach access in East Haven

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

This is our second time staying with Johanna and we hope to return in the future. It was a comfy home base while visiting family, and the host is always welcoming & a great communicator regarding house instructions, and available to answer questions. Happy guests!

Great little spot. This rental has everything you need. Forget something-they got it. Very clean and modern with thoughtful touches. Had an extended stay here and extended for longer. 1 bedroom with loft that owner made into another bedroom for me. Loved it. Great deck, stunning lake view from all the windows. Owner very responsive to any needs. 100 percent recommend. Neighborhood lovely and quiet. Amazing respite.

Jason was a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had while staying on Shelter Island. The location is great - easy walk from the North Ferry and central to great restaurants. Airbnb was exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again Jason!

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Incredible one-of-a-kind view over the marsh. We saw so many different beautiful sea birds and an incredible sunset. Very short walk from the beach. Great place to stay with young kids. Well stocked kitchen with supplies and basic seasonings. Would return! Very cozy great family getaway! There are extensive requirements for clean up upon check out.

You, was great. Traveling through and not knowing much about the area. Yu gave us so much helpful information. Be sure to ask Yu about their great restaurant in New Haven.

Mike and Danielle were gracious hosts. I encountered an issue with my stay that they took care of with no issue and were very communicative throughout the entire process. Additionally, they’re amazingly accommodating.

From the moment I was greeted, I was taken care of. I also received a welcoming gift upon arrival! Donna was kind, responsive and made me feel at home, and that I was comfortable.The place was spotless, clean bedding and bathroom was super clean, nice dining area to eat in the kitchen and fully stocked with any items you may need. I traveled with very little clothing but didn’t have to worry due to the convenience of a washer and dryer, which was easily accessible. This home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. Wow, I don’t even know where to start! My family and I just had the most incredible time celebrating my niece's 21st birthday. From the moment we arrived, Annie blew us away as the ultimate host! The house was decked out with beautiful decorations that truly made the surprise unforgettable. And guess what? She even had a magnificent birthday cake waiting for us! The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and so inviting. We felt right at home with an abundance of linens, towels, and toiletries—perfect for a group of five women! The jacuzzi was a dream, and the grill was all set for us to fire up some delicious meals. Plus, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and some delightful extras! Annie was always quick to respond to our questions, which made everything even easier. We were thrilled to find beach necessities already available, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own. There’s so much more I could rave about, but overall, this stay was amazing.

We loved every minute of our longer rental at Connie and Mike’s beach facing home. They are lovely hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. If we needed them for something they were back to us immediately. We will definitely stay there again! Also, very friendly neighbors and very pet friendly area!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael's place. He was amazingly responsive and incredibly generous in how well-equipped the space is - everything is luxurious and the fridge is stocked! For as nice as it looks in the photos, it is even larger, brighter and more welcoming in person.

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.
