The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Conveniently located in a neighborhood within minutes of the vast array of shopping and dining options Lancaster has to offer. Our space looks directly into a wooded area and the Mill Stream runs behind us. Take a walk along the stream to our neighborhood's park, playground, and ball fields or relax in our private, covered outdoor seating area complete with a gas fireplace. If touring is your desire we are in the "heart" of Amish country! This space is cute, comfortable and completely private.

Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.
