My group really enjoyed the stay, easy access to the shopping mall with lots of food choices. The house fits us all and so much love for the city view from Edmund’s home 💯

Great 3 bedroom apartment, easy access to suburban Kuching if that's what you're looking for. You *will* need a car or people with cars to get around - the only downside is that this isn't a walkable location, but that's Kuching for you. Great amount of space, decent food court downstairs. Just be aware that the 100 Ringgit depsite requires access to Malaysian banking, so if you're a foreigner (like me), have a chat to Tan ahead of time about that to discuss expectations. This listing is skewed towards the needs of the local market, which is fair, but meant we had to have some discussions about how that would work. Building facilities are good, and it was really nice having air conditioned space over the CNY period. Overall, would consider booking again.

Nice place to stay with family. Very clean. Good facilities. No worry about food, just go down and walk couple minutes to the food centre. Host is quick response too. Everything is perfect.

Really enjoyed my stay at Emily’s place. The location is convenient, has a great view,the apartment is clean and Emily is so helpful in ensuring my stay is as comfortable as possible . This will be my go to place when I visit KK.

Comfy and clean place to stay. Both agent and owner respond very fast and they’re very polite as well. Easy to find food and go shopping downstairs. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Owner very friendly and very particular to stress out muslim concept. Feel at home with all complete kitchen stuff ready to use. Allow extended check out even another guest will get in. No fussy checkin such as collecting deposit or whatever. Convenient staycation.

The place is nice and clean with 4 queen beds. Location is good. There are a few cafes to choose right downstairs. This house is on the 3rd floor with an elevator on site. Everything is good except for the water pressure and the blanket provided which is a single type one. We didn’t ask for a change because it was only a short stay and we didn’t share a bed so it was fine. I am sure the blanket issue will be taken care of if you text the host.. Wendy is a very responsive and fast in replying my text. Early check in is permitted for us on the check in day if the unit is already ready. I will still give 5 star to this property and surely will stay here again in future.

My family had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-located. Variety of eateries nearyby. The host was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Great place. Ideal location, clean and right above small shopping centre, full of great restaurants and across the road from the AEON shopping Centre. The location is a short ride to waterfront area which is where many tourists are. We spent most mornings and evenings in the podium precinct the ground floor food bazaar has an awesome collection of different foods all reasonably priced. On the second floor is soul Street which is a crane restaurant and very popular with such great food the top level swimming pool is great however we didn’t have very nice weather so we only used the pool ones but used the gym most mornings. If we come back to Kuching will no doubt stay at the same place. Check-in is also very easy with clear instructions.

I love staying here with my family. We had such a great time. Everything here is in a good and clean condition. The host, Jess, is also very responsive, helpful, friendly, kind, and caring. We would surely stay here again whenever we come back to Kuching. 🫶🏻
