Your will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa. Our villa is fully upgraded. Has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. We do not offer snorkeling gear.

Home has very comfortable feel. Large screen lanai has insulated roof, stays cool. The heated pool is large, 45 feet long, 3 sheer descending falls and has 6 led colored lights. Home is very tranquil and in a quiet area, just down the street to 5th ave shops and restaurants. New Publics food store just across street.

We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.
