Apartment holiday rentals in Eastern Algarve

Quarterfeira is easy to find from the Airport, I hired a car and drove, it took about 35 mins. It is a touriust destination for sure but I was there in late May and the season was not fully underway so it was pretty quiet on the beaches and always a table in the local restaurants. The apartment is situated right at the end of the main promenade by a square which has a great little restaurant/bar on it. Turn right out of the door and you can walk into town which is full of markets, bars and so on, but turning left takes you down to the other beach, which is much less built up, no deck chairs and stuff like that, more natural. I preferred that side to the sunbeds and parasols side, but either way you have the choice. Mornings are beautiful, it gets hot in the afternoon and the A/C was perfect for that. The kitchen was great and I made a few meals. Getting in and out of Quarterfeira by car is super easy and I did a bit of driving around which I really enjoyed. Definitely a great stay!!!

We stayed as a group for a special birthday, as we were arriving late we asked the host to purchase a bottle of wine and some snacks for arrival (there is a welcome basket there also) and Marnix was extremely accommodating. The location is beautiful, views of the ocean and the beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill. It is a little bit pricey but I felt it was really good value as split between the group it was more than affordable but you do get what you pay for. There is an indoor and outdoor pool (we only used this on the last day). The location is a short walk into the new town strip area and around 7euros into old town via a bolt, this was also for x-large bolt as we were a party of 6. I would definitely recommend, it a beautiful villa, in a gorgeous location. Thank you for all your help as you are a very responsive host and so helpful.

Ein traumhafter Ort! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht! Garten und Pool sind einfach toll!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was the incredible view of the Ria Formosa—absolutely breathtaking. The secure underground parking was a great convenience, and the location couldn’t be better, with fantastic seafood restaurants just a five-minute walk away. A perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with another couple. Air conditioning worked very well! The rooms got very dark for sleeping and the space was very quiet. The pool was clean and parking was a great benefit. Rui was helpful and kind for our stay.

We had a fabulous month at Jef’s place. The apartment was extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen allowing us to cook most days; we could cast our own programmes to the smart TV; the apartment was very comfortable and homely. Jef was brilliant - great instructions before arrival, a warm welcome and local recommendations, and immediately responsive to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was in a great location in Quartiera - 50 yards to the local bakery and a short walk further to the nearest supermarket. The beach was a short walk away and everything we could have wanted was within easy reach. We found a parking space nearby every day. Thank you Jef for a relaxing and very enjoyable and comfortable respite from an English winter.

Joana’s condo was very reasonably priced and was in a great location with beautiful views. She was very responsive and our stay was wonderful.

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

Flott leilighet med helt nydelig utsikt – 10/10 😍Den er liten, men veldig praktisk innredet og har alt man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. I tillegg ligger den i gangavstand til det meste, så det er lett å komme seg rundt

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

We had a lovely time! What a unique stay! We loved having the pool to use on a quiet day or to refresh as we explored the area. As a family of 4 we had more than enough space. The parking is also super convenient. The host was very helpful with our questions. They also provided many local recommendations

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

A good price for the spacious size of the rooms and the number of rooms and bathrooms and toilets. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped with a variety of glasses. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay here especially the trip to Farol and 5hr boat tour with Odyssey. In the estate there are some nice bars and eating places. One thing to note, if you enjoy breakfast outdoors, the balcony faces east so its hot there in the morning. Good for drying clothes too but you don't get sun there in the evening though its still pleasant to sit outside. Would consider this area again if returning to Olhao- been four times now.

Die Unterkunft von Marco war richtig super. 9/10 Punkten - warum: Ich dachte laut den Fotos, dass es das Nachbarhaus ist mit Pool. Wir waren im ersten Stock und eigentlich bevorzuge ich mit meinem 5 jährigen Sohn eine Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss, dass war leider nicht ganz klar ersichtlich. Top war: nicht mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, tolle Restaurants am Strand, teurer Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und die Küche hat für Selbstversorger alles was man unbedingt braucht aber auch nicht mehr, kein Nudelsieb und auch keine Zitronenpresse, zB. Geschirr auch minimal von der Stückanzahl (6 Gläser). Marco und seine Mama sind super nett und hilfreich beim Check in, weiters haben wir sie nicht gebraucht, da es nicht unser erster Portugal Urlaub war. Preis-Leistung mit Pool top - kann man nichts ausschließen. Portimão super Lage mit Auto in 50 Minuten in Faro Flughafen und in 30 Minuten in Lagos. Liebe Grüße, Jessica & Family.

Bruno’s place was exactly what was advertised. 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Europe and 10 minutes to city center. Perfect for my family and our short trip to Lagos. Bruno communicated daily and gave some tips about what to do in Lagos. Overall a great stay and would book again.

El alojamiento se corresponde plenamente con las fotos y la descripción indicadas. Antonio en todo momento estuvo pendiente y fue flexible.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

Joao, Elsa and Danny’s communication and commitment to hosting is impeccable. From days before arrival to being personally greeted on the street and taken to the airbnb. It makes the world of the difference especially when arriving late at night. The accommodation was perfect especially with a baby at 11 weeks old. The place was spotless, bed very comfortable and amenities beyond what is needed in an airbnb but helps you feel at home. We especially loved the balcony furniture and the awning again given us having a young child it allowed us to sit privately and enjoy the weather. Joao and Elsa were incredibly kind and helpful on more than enough occasions and one of which we kindly had a drink paid for at a bar and another a bottle of local rose left at the door (which went down a treat!). Both my partner and I will hopefully be back next year and you can be sure this will be the first place we come looking. Thank you very much Joao, Elsa and Danny for making a special trip!

This Air Bnb view was beyond stunning, and the location was great - it was a quick drive to Old Town Albufeira and some beautiful beaches! It had lots of parking around the property which was convenient. Additionally, the host Galyna, was kind and an amazing communicator and always responded fast if we needed support. Would stay here again!

Ich habe 3 Wochen in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und Tag für Tag diesen unfassbar schönen Ausblick und die Ruhe genossen. Für mich etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Einrichtung vermittelt einen absoluten Wohlfühlfaktor. Es passt einfach alles zusammen. Für mich hätte es nicht stimmiger sein können :-). Hinzu kommt, dass Jannis ist ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber ist. Vielen Dank. Für mich ist sicher, ich werde wieder kommen und freue mich schon jetzt darauf.
