it is a magical place, incredible people live and arrive at that place. It is a paradise on earth that you have to take care of. If you imagine nature, tranquility and beauty, this will transport you and want to come back or envy the residents of the area. The food is excellent, the place is more than I expect. I will return as many as I need it.

Thankful for the flexibility of the schedules for my comrades when entering, it is a very nice and very accessible place to buy anything in the surroundings.

Absolutely beautiful spot we rented for my birthday with some friends. Everything was perfect and this spot is super close to the Charlee if you decide you want to go for a couple drinks at night. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an amazing weekend getaway

Unique stay. Amazing view. I loved the balcony.

The property is beautiful, clean, modern, well equipped. Sonia the house attendant was very responsive and Jacob the host as well. Note: the property boat is an add on not included and no AC, although evenings are cool it could be stuffy so AC would have been nice... all in all the grounds were immaculate and peaceful, bathrooms were equipped with soaps and shampoo. Easily ordered food for delivery...kitchen was also well equipped all necessities and more.

WOW!! What an amazing stay! I traveled with three others and stayed here for a week. Jacob and Sonia were responsive, helpful and polite. The house is gorgeous and looked exactly like the pictures, and even better in person. The views from the balconies are amazing and you really feel immersed in the nature around you. We loved the access to the lake and took advantage of the complimentary kayaks. We also enjoyed the free 2 hour boat ride around the lake. Our guide was knowledgeable of the area and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. The food at Praia was so good we went two nights in a row. We loved having nice restaurants so close to the house. Downtown Guatape was beautiful and full of great shops, bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to visit again!

If you want a peaceful place, you’ll love this as much as we did! Squeaky clean! The surrounding plants, the birds truly made our time memorable. The one con, it was quite chilly in the evenings and there were no instructions for how to use the non-electric fireplace. We put on sweatpants and it was manageable.

We really enjoyed the stay. It's truly a plus to get to the space on the boat. The staff too friendly as well as the Host Estefany. The cabanas are as shown in the photos, everything was very clean in general terms. The pool is heated and nice and it is also very good plan to be able to go down to the private pier and enjoy the dam right there. We lit the campfire at night and it was also a nice activity and the ecological trail is very quiet. It is true that in the cabin it is quite hot in the day, but normally you are out doing the activities, at night it even gets to be cold but there are good blankets and bedding. The food theme in terms of flavor was very rich, however being fast food only and the menu is relatively simple, if I recommend bringing food. Arrival by car is easy, the parking lot is almost next to where you take the boat. The space is very nice. I recommend it.

Amazing place and great support!

Large, comfortable, clean and well ventilated room in a very quiet area of San Rafael. The kitchen can be used, very clean and well equipped. They are a very nice and attentive family, they help you with anything you may need and advise you on what to visit in the area. They offered us a full and rich breakfast. Definitely highly recommended!!

The place was absolutely stunning. The place looks exactly like the pictures and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds, linens, and towels were all clean. Communication between Gabe and Norberto was quick and clear. Definitely would stay again. Only thing I would suggest is a getter for the pool as well as it was chilly in the mountains and we didn’t really get to enjoy the pool as much. But the jacuzzi was phenomenal.

Great place to stay. Super safe and secure. Fredy (staff) was great and responsive. Laura was responsive as a host. Everything around the grounds are very nice. Located on the water. Nice deck to sit out. Fire pit outside. It is nice to have a car for this location -- takes about 10 minutes into Guatape.

The apartment was tidy and clean, the surrounding areas are good for walking, there are restaurants and the areas are well lit, the bathroom had hot and cold water, you sleep well thanks to the room temperature, the Viva Envigado is a 5-minute walk, the areas are good and safe to walk, there were good restaurants for lunch, breakfast and dinner.

We showed up later in the evening and had staff show us to our room. We came after the restaurant was closed but they offered to make us dinner which was above and beyond. Juan was extremely friendly and drove us into town when we needed to go. It was extremely great to have transport available. The cabin itself was extremely clean and we were offered fresh sheets and towels on our second night. We would love to come back and spend more time here in the future. An absolute hidden gem and lived up to all expectations

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house and location are beautiful! The host was very responsive and Sonia was a great help! They made our stay so easy with contacts for transportation. Julien was also amazing in helping get around Guatape and to Medellin. This was an amazing airbnb from start to finish. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!
