The villa was very nice and very large. It had plenty of space and lots of amenities. Getting up in the morning and seeing the sea was really nice feeling. The staff and the host were always accommodating and friendly.

We felt super comfortable!!! Host was available at all times. The house is super well maintained and equipped with all the things you need. The location is also great, you can reach the main street in just a few minutes on foot, where there are numerous restaurants and shops.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Javid picked us up late in the evening from the train station, and throughout our time there, he was always available and helpful. His family welcomed us warmly, and his mother prepared the most delicious home-cooked meals for us — breakfast every morning and one unforgettable dinner. It was authentic Sri Lankan food, and honestly, some of the best meals we’ve ever had. Javid also took us on two tours where he showed us real local places and connected us with the community. Just like the "Neverbeen" slogan says — thanks to Javid, we experienced things we never would have otherwise. The room and accommodation were clean and comfortable. We’d love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve been to. Located in a peaceful surrounding and feels completely private. Gayani was already reaching out before our check in dates to ensure everything’s smooth. Roman & the chef were the highlight! They cooked us a feast and all of us enjoyed the delicious dinner. A must try! The house itself is huge and has an antique touch. Feels right at home. Great place to spend time with family. Wouldn’t think twice to book this place again on our next visit. Loved it.

The view from this place is absolutely spectacular, even at night when you can see the illuminated Buddhist temple opposite the balcony. The house is well-equipped with everything you need. The personnel is extremely helpful and will help you with everything from breakfast to dinner and laundry service as well as sightseeing advice.

As a group of 6 we found the villa spacious, to a good standard and a wonderful place to relax and stay that worked for us all. The beach is beautiful and the sea is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and body boarding. the pool and garden position is perfect with great views across the beach and sea, The rooms are big and comfortable, the communal room with sofas and a large dining area is perfect for small and larger groups offering space for everyone. It’s a short walk to another beach which has a very calm bay with a good beach bar and restaurant which was good and we used. The villa, grounds and pool are well maintained and the villa is the same. The staff are super and nothing was too much trouble, the menu of food is good and the quality was always good. I found communicating with the owner Prajot very very easy, he was always fast to reply and was available for questions before and during our stay. We would certainly recommend this to our family, friends and anyone else looking for a private and good quality accommodation with beach access. An all round super experience

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and friendly. The pool is clean every day and in fantastic condition. Be aware the projector is not working, but the rooms have TV’s with pay television. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this place for your beach side holiday.

Some places you stay at, others stay with you - this was definitely the latter. We came to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, and somehow everything just clicked - the people, the setting, the timing. Shirani, our host, was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and her help made the day feel so personal and special. The home is stunning, peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of character. Even the most beautiful photos can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. Chef Kavin’s food was unforgettable. Absolutely soul-satisfying. We pushed our checkout just to have one more meal. Kapila, our butler, quietly ensured everything ran smoothly. Milan, the manager was kind, responsive and was always ready to help. Chandra and the gardener kept everything spotless, quietly working in the background. This trip became one of those rare, treasured memories. Our hearts are full and this place will forever be a part of our daughter’s first chapter.

I had a pleasant stay at this well-maintained property. The space was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, making for a relaxing experience. The host was responsive, and the overall ambiance was great. However, I believe bath accessories could be improved to enhance the experience further. With a few upgrades or adjustments, this place could be perfect. Would still recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa! The view was absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were amazing—always attentive, friendly, and responsive to all our requests, including accommodating the needs of our toddler, which we greatly appreciated. A standout feature of our stay was the amazing cocktails! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to our evenings as we enjoyed the stunning scenery. Additionally, the staff guided us to a beautiful local waterfall, where we had a fantastic time exploring and enjoying nature. It was a memorable highlight of our trip. The only area for improvement is the food. While it was decent, we’d love to see more fresh vegetables included in the menu to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with top-notch hospitality, and opportunities to explore local beauty

Above all, we were positively surprised by the outdoor area, which looked even nicer than in the photos and was very well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the staff on site were very helpful, friendly and always available.

We took a vacation in May of this year. The accommodation and photos fully match the description, everything is clean and beautiful. We were satisfied with the vacation and extended it for a few more days. We came specifically to see the villa in order to book it for the summer (2 months), but what a surprise it was that the ad indicated the entire villa, but in fact it turned out that the rooms were rented separately. If you come with the whole family in 4 bedrooms, the price is very different. This is not indicated on the website! It turns out that this is like a hotel rented by rooms, and accordingly, the rooms should be cleaned every day and the linen should be changed. We were not provided with this service. At my request, our personal belongings were washed for a separate fee, respectively.

Great place to stay, great views, quiet setting, house is huge and bedrooms even bigger. Food prepared by Raja, Darshan and Rani was such a luxury and very good. I highly recommend Soshana’s home, our family of 13 all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Soshana.
