Cobb cottage is a beautiful place to stay. It is spotlessly clean, artfully decorated but comfortable at the same time. My daughter’s favourite activity was feeding the birds and mine was looking up at the stars at night. It’s also walkable to dog friendly off leash areas and beautiful picnic spots. We also enjoyed the food at Swordfish brewery and Island Sushi.

A lovely stay at Geoff’s house. Great location, across from the beach, and super peaceful. A lovely front verandah to hang out on with the dogs, rocking in the hammock. The only downside was that the second bedroom didn’t have any blinds or curtains so next door’s light kept the kids awake until late. This definitely needs seeing to as nobody wants tired kids at the end of a weekend away. Overall, a lovely weekend break.

Gorgeous home that has everything you could need, surrounded by lovely gardens that attract birdlife. Quiet, peaceful location with views to Westernport Bay. Ian could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommended.

A unique property in a lovely location. Many beaches to explore.

We enjoyed a very nice stay and it is very close to the beach. It is a nice area and it was very relaxing. It is an open loft, so you take care of each other that you are not too loud.

I could not recommend Olivia’s place more highly. This home is so much more than the pictures could ever portray. A gorgeous family home with all of the creature comforts to make a stay with young kids seamless. The location is fantastic, the kitchen is new and very well appointed (sharp knives!), the beds were comfy (iykyk), and the place was spotless. A warm and inviting place for a holiday, we will definitely be back!

We just finished a 4 night stay at this place and it was lovely. There is a simplicity to low tech and low overhead living which is what this is about. Leave the windows open and live among the space. This is a summer haven. Close to the beach and countryside. The beach is a 2 mins drive up the drivewayt and across the road. The town is 10 mins away. That distance is perfect because the town is nuts. There are people everywhere. Each time I got back to the property I felt releived to be away from the crowds again. Gudrun and her partner are absolutely lovely people and impeccable hosts. They were super helpful and you can see that this place will just keep getting better. Thx

A relaxing long weekend in a peaceful setting. A beautiful and private space looking out through the trees and an easy walk to beaches, shops etc.. Would love to come back some time.

Good little place just to get away from it all perfect for a couple or if your travelling on your own quiet neighbourhood private from the main house! Sandy is a lovely host very helpful with anything I needed to know,bed was very comfortable outside bath was awesome nice big bathroom you would definitely need a car to do some sightseeing!! Avoca beach was only a 15 minute drive and Umina beach is about a 10 min drive

Fantastic accomodation. A walk into town, close to great cafes, shops & restaurants. The place itself was clean, comfortable & had great amenities. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for a couple of days mid week. There was a cold snap the day I arrived and Ken had the fire going for me, such a lovely warm welcome. Ken and Fran came and met me on arrival and explained everything to me. The cottage was lovely, everything was thought of and it was a cosy warm place to chill out in. It was great to see the kangaroos hanging out in the surrounding paddocks. I really enjoyed staying in the space and would absolutely return. Thanks Fran and Ken for your wonderful hospitality 😊

Had a great stay the place was comfortable, clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Sal was a great host, communication was great and the place was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again :)

Great little place for a stopover heading south. Pup appreciated the grass. Cozy, nice bed, easy to access. Susan greeted us upon arrival. Enjoyed staying here!

This place is a hidden gem and a must if you are wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches during peak periods. We stumbled upon The Shed whilst searching for shelter from camping in a tent and it's safe to say we could stayed forever, so much so we started to look for real estate near by. Julie and Nick have thought of it all, plus provided extra touches to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The outdoor bath is so tranquil, the property is stunning and the space itself has been decorated with love and intent for those to enjoy. We hope to return to enjoy the space again .
