Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Eastlake, Chula Vista

Now this is the place! We had an amazing time at Peter's. We wanted to hangout for Fathers Day and we did just that. There were a lot of things to do in the home and it was not boring for adults or kids at all. Very homely. Tons of games! Peter is an amazing host. Very responsive. We had a smell issue from the previous renter and he offered to refund the cost of our air freshner purchase. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of space. Will definitely be renting again when next we visit San Diego.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Robert and Paola’s place was great! It’s in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and groceries. The house is truly amazing! Very clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need. All the rooms are spacious and really clean. There’s a pool and jacuzzi an additional and a great amenities . Robert is a great host! He prepared everything before we came and the communication was great. I gave 5 stars review! We’ll definitely be back and stay again in this place! Thank you so much Mr Robert And Ms Paola.

We have stayed in a lot of home rentals over the years and feel this is the best we have stayed in. Arturo was responsive and easy to contact, helping us change guest size with no issues. The house was great, it was like walking into my own home with everything I could think of needing along with being clean and well maintained. It is close enough to everything in San Diego and has plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. Felt safe and comfortable and all the neighbors were friendly. We have family in the city and all agreed we would stay here again the next visit and will recommend to everyone coming to town.

Vanessa and Chris' house was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the back yard. Such great hosts they were. They checked on us to see if we needed anything. If there were questions, there response time was quick and right away. I will definitely go back again. And if you haven't been, you should go. Thank you Vanessa and Chris for making us feel right at home.

Great place. Private and quiet. Perfect when traveling with older kids, got the upstairs apartment all to themselves. Small but extremely comfortable, has everything you need. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The basketball goal was perfect for the family. Pool was clean. I 💯 would stay here again. Owner had great communication.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The place is quaint and charming. Lots of windows, and almost everything you need to cook. It was nice to have separate a/c units because the 3 of us in our group all had different temperature preferences. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Walmart and other local grocery stores. The garage is a little narrow, so we ended up just parking in the driveway. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was an awesome location! We loved the vibe and the at home feel. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. Having a parking space was also very convenient! Laura was really attentive to any questions, and I can tell that the comfort level of her guests matters to her. Would definitely stay here again!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

We had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive at all times and we had a great time. They had all the amenities mentioned and were very proactive with instructions and recommendations. As a group of six people we had a comfortable and great stay!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped AirBnb. The AirBnb is thoughtfully designed with lots of lux features. It is conveniently located close to activities around the area and had everything we needed to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The family enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym, and spacious kitchen and living areas — something for everyone! It was super helpful to have access to a washer and dryer and we noticed there were high chairs, a pack and play, and a stroller for those with younger kids. We highly recommend!

Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved all of the plants and fruit trees around the property! The pool and hot tub were well kept and we had a blast! We were a big group, I loved how many lounge areas this property had. We never felt cramped or like we didn’t have space/chairs for everyone. Beds were super comfortable - way more comfortable than you usually expect at a rental. The host was super responsive and it seemed like they had thought of everything!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. Liam and Mia were lovely! They were very communicative and responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay. The place was immaculate and everything exceeded our expectations. This place was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party. I have truly not had a more perfect Airbnb stay than this one! The house felt so private and secluded so we felt very safe in the gated property. The management team was the best I’ve ever seen (and I love luxurious spots and I work in hospitality.) it was truly 5/5 stars. They were immediately responsive, they fixed any issues immediately and they were very generous with their time and amenities. This is the perfect house. Only note I would have is maybe there should be more towels available for guests - we were a little limited on towels. Thank you!!!!!
