After our recent stay this is our recommendation. If you are looking for luxury five ⭐️ resort style accommodation with all the bells and whistles this cottage is not for you but please keep reading. If you are looking for a trip down memory lane this delightful cottage will not disappoint. It is cute cosy comfortable clean with old world charm (it has ducted gas heating) and is situated on a quiet street within close proximity to the heart of Echuca. Although there were only three of us we had also booked the semi detached studio to allow us a bedroom each and I must add that the beds are very comfortable The cottage with its open fire in the lounge room would be ideal for an intimate get a way for a couple or alternatively for three close couples to spend time together. An absolutely amazing stay! The place is modern, immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I arrived, it felt warm and welcoming — the heating was already on, and the host had even provided a milk of my choice, which was a thoughtful touch. I really appreciated the secure garage and the perfect location — close to the town centre, yet peaceful and quiet. One of the standout details was a drawer stocked with handy essentials like chargers, cables, and other bits you might forget when travelling. It’s those little touches that made the stay extra convenient and enjoyable. The hosts were fantastic — super responsive, helpful, and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Great place to stay and a short walk to the Murry . There was plenty of space for 5 of us . Everything we needed was there and really high standard . Loved the out door area and the kids loved the pool and tennis court and I can’t forget the toys !! We had a really enjoyable time and Teagan was fantastic at communicating everything . I really recommend this lovely place you won’t regret it . All the residents are lovely in there too . Thanks for having us we are so grateful

Deb and John are the most wonderful hosts. Hearing their story for their sanctuary, meeting all their fury friends and having cuddles with lambs Yoda & Anakan were just some of the highlights! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at B' place. Unit was presented very clean and exactly as portrayed in photos. All the amenities of home including smart TV where we were able to sign in to our own Netflix account. We accidentally locked the front door keys inside one night and Mick turned up with a spare key within 10 minutes. Highly recommend and would definitely return on future visits. Maryann and family.
