The friendly and modern apartment is located in a quiet residential complex overlooking the beautiful biotope. The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet and well-kept residential complex. Due to the hillside location, the entrance door is accessible via 2 stairs. Beach, harbor, bakery, city center with many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Vacation home

The holiday home is located in Noer and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay. The 45 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed and an alcove bed for adults, as well as a loft (for up to 2 children), a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and accommodates 3–4 guests. Wi-Fi and a TV are also provided. A baby cot is available. The house has a private, open terrace where you can unwind in the evenings. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach.
