What a thrill it was to stay here. The place is genuinely a gem. What a find. My sons and I just needed a place to stay in the area. But we didn’t expect to have a unique historical and cultural experience. The building and rooms are tastefully decorated and regal. My kids were fascinated by the history of the building. I loved the 19th century nautical theme. The entire property has been maintained flawlessly and with meticulous care. All in all, this place was immaculate and a real treat. To top everything off, James was extremely kind and accommodating. We truly felt welcomed. I offer my sincere recommendation in the highest terms.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jacob’s house. His neighborhood is peaceful & quiet and it’s close to all of the necessities. It’s priced right for the value & experience. I’d highly recommend his place to someone looking for a good deal on clean & cozy experience.

This has been one of the best places I have stayed. I loved how kind and polite they both are. Their house was clean and they make sure to clean the common areas almost daily and even the room once a week. Their neighborhood is amazing, safe, and close to stores. I will absolutely be staying there again if I am needing a place here in Swedesboro.

Very beautiful place to stay. Anne was responsive and very helpful. Provided clear instructions (self check in). We stayed overnight after a long drive - super comfy bed and private guest suite that was nicely decorated. Amenities as listed. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others for sure!

Melissa is an excellent host. Very responsive, professional and understanding. Her home is clean...clean kitchen, bathroom, bedroom; organized, has needed items. Has great decorative items. Felt safe/comfortable. Lock on door. Quiet. Some units do not have enough electric outlets and no extension cords. She had both. Great closet space. No issues with internet and I appreciate the washer and dryer. Convenient location. Will return.
