Please note: this is a traditional Edinburgh Georgian “double upper” and there are 5 short flights of stairs (48 steps) to the front door. Sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible. We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year & during the festival in August.

This is an open plan studio, bright and full of natural light. You will have a cosy lounge and a bedroom area with a double bed. The bathroom has either a shower or bath with overhead shower. In the lounge there is a 2 seater sofa and a coffee table. Apartment is fully equipped: cutlery, crockery, pots and pans are available.

A super central location just off Princes Street, a few minute’s walk from the Airlink bus stop and airport tram stop. This 1 bedroom flat provides an excellent base for all the sights of the city with the Royal Mile about a 10 minute walk away. We completed a full refurbishment of the flat last year.
