Holiday rentals with beach access in Edremit

Mustafa Bey's mother, Meryem Hanım, welcomed us very nicely, we felt like we were in our own home, she was friendly and had a pleasant conversation. The house was clean, we had no problems, the location was a 5-minute walk to the beach. You can choose it with the comfort of the day

We spent wonderful holidays and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in the city. You can clearly feel the summer vibe with nice beaches that are not as crowded as in many other cities. The location was ideal only a 4 hour drive from Istanbul. Mr. Tuncer was an amazing host very flexible, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He even offered early check-in which gave us an extra full day, He also recommended some great places to visit, like the marina, where you can find excellent restaurants for fish and raki. The house is right on the coast with private beach access. The restaurant and beach bar were very welcoming, and they provided sunbeds and parasols free of charge during the whole stay. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Tuncer and his lovely family for the time we spent together. They invited us for cocktails, and we truly felt we are spending holidays with our relatives and we learned a lot about the culture, I highly recommend this place for families and couples.

We stayed in this house for two days and we loved it! The host was so interested and sincere that he even had the courtesy to take us to the places to visit in his own car! He is a really kind, smiling and hospitable gentleman. The location of the house is wonderful — you are by the sea in just two minutes! We stayed as a 3 adult infant on September 7-10. It was our first Airbnb experience, so we were a little nervous. Mr. Mehmet, his father, Mr. Murat, welcomed us. We were very welcomed. After we rested a little, Mr. Mehmet took us for a 20-25 minute ride to introduce us around. It was a very useful walk, he told us about everything around, where we can eat, etc. We really liked what we ate and drank from the places she recommended. The location of the house is very nice. The surroundings were calm, of course it was the time to open the schools, normally it was a more lively place. The house is very close to the sea, you can leave the house and walk to the beach for 3-5 minutes. There is a beach 2 km long, there is both a public beach and beaches, the sea is sand, it does not pass for a long time. Just down the house is a pool with aqua park. The house is as it appears in the photos, clean and tidy. Everything you need. We did not experience any lack of supplies. We loved Mr. Mehmet and his wife Elif. They're not like an operator, they're like hosts. We'll visit often from now on

It was an amazing holiday experience. I don't want to be boring for those who will write a long article with compliments and evaluate the comments. Therefore, I will convey the most important notes. When we arrived at the house, we loved the cleanliness and tidiness of the house. Everything was so perfectly thought out that we brought most of the cleaning supplies, etc. with us from Istanbul. But we saw that it was not necessary when we came home. Everything from a vacuum cleaner to white vinegar was available for hygiene at home. The hosts offered all kinds of amenities, including Netflix subscription. They provide excellent guidance and care before and after entering the house. You should have no hesitation in choosing this place. The hosts' caring and kind nature is also admirable. The village is located in the middle of many points you would like to see in the region, so it is in a preferred location. Thank you to everyone who contributed.

A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

As someone who uses Airbnb all the time, I can easily recommend this great accommodation experience. The view of the house is great, and the interior of the house is very tasteful and luxuriously furnished. The garden of the house and the shared pool you can use are also very enjoyable. Finally, Yeşilyurt, where the location is, is a peaceful village. I highly recommend it.

The house itself and the location are beautiful. The host, Ms. Gülcan, was very embarrassed by the offer of homemade baklava as soon as she entered, and you can stay until the evening on the day we leave. I would recommend it to anyone.

The location of the house was great. The house was also quite good. It was also very nice to have its own beach. It can be one of the best spots in the North Aegean for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Everything was as described during the reservation, we didn't have a bad surprise.
