I rent two-room apartment located in a residential block of Eforie Nord. The useful area of the apartment is 70(square m) being divided as follows: balcony, open space living room with kitchen, hallway, bathroom and bedroom with a sea view. The rental of the apartment offers parking place, video surveillance, the gym and the terrace above the whole block. The apartment is placed 400 meters from the Pescarilor Bay and  500 meters from the beach at Star de Mare.

The villa is ideal for a family holiday. The whole space is available for the guests. It is located in a very peaceful residential area, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.
