You can rent the entire second floor of a newly built house in Nankoku City, next to Kochi City. It is a two family home and it is possible to go upstairs directly through the private door. It is a spacious room with a 2LDK and 25 tsubo interior and lighting.There is also a distance from the neighbors, with a view of the fields from the window, so you can have a quiet and relaxing stay. Healing company's ceramic water purifier is installed with the original water supply.All water from the faucet (including the bath) is a delicious water purifier. 15-minute drive from Kochi Airport.It is very conveniently located 12 minutes from the high-speed entrance, the Tropical Interchange, and 5 minutes from the Takuki South Interchange. It is not far from Kochi city in about 15 minutes. It has good access to both east and west of Kochi Prefecture, making it the perfect base for sightseeing trips. (Free parking available) There is also a cafe on the premises that is open from 9:30 to 17:00, and you can use it anytime during business hours. Guests staying with us will be provided with a complimentary morning menu (onigiri sandwiches, miso soup, coffee) from 9:30 to 11:30.You can also take out. (Drinks only on Wednesdays)

A private rental accommodation limited to one group per day is now open along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. The sky and sea spread out before you, as beautiful and blue as you can see.　It creates a calm space based on the color of the plaster. You can overlook the Seto Inland Sea, and on the first floor, you can cook in a stylish kitchen while watching the sunset. On the second floor, you can watch the sunset on the terrace and make things. There is one queen sized bed. There is one Koala sofa bed that can be converted to a queen size bed.　 There is one double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee are included for breakfast. The tableware is the work of Tomoya Sasaki, a potter from Ehime Prefecture, and uses Mustakibi and Ryusen kilns. For towels, we use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　Linen sheets are used. If you need dinner, you can use the adjacent Shioji restaurant, which is for guests only. Transportation to and from the station is free. We'll make sure you have a wonderful time that will be memorable. Enjoy a villa with unparalleled views of the Seto Inland Sea.

"Miyajima Tonbo-an" is a house accommodation that can be used as a villa feeling, limited to one group per day (up to 6 people). It is one of the three scenery in Japan, a 3-minute walk from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Itsukushima Shrine, and close to the autumn foliage park and ropeway, making it a great choice for those who want to walk and climb the mountains. The Japanese-style bedroom (2F) and modern dining (1F) combine Japanese style with comfort.Japanese modern art by an artist from Hiroshima Prefecture and Japanese modern art and Japanese essential oils from all seasons make you feel the unique taste of Japan. In addition to the work of Haruto Adachi, an artist who handles the cheque of Itsukushima Shrine, and the 24 kinds of essential oils used in the room are exhibited and sold in the attached community space. This house was designed mainly for foreigners.　

The owner lives outside the prefecture and uses it as a vacation home. We cherish the extraordinary space by decorating with paintings and furnishings that give you a taste of Japanese culture. I will welcome you as a valued guest who can come to my private home, so face-to-face check-in and common sense conversation and interaction are required. Wifi is available. A parking lot is also provided. Transportation is not convenient in the mountainous area, so please go out by car if possible.
