This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

We are happy to rent you our nice, detached house. It's a real thing of the best of both worlds. From the house and the rooftop terrace, you have a direct view of the beautiful hill country, so you can also leave within seconds for a wonderful walk in the Savelsbos. But you can also cycle into the center of Maastricht within 15 minutes and enjoy all that city life has to offer. Feel free to use our bikes and cargo bike. Public transportation in front of the door. Be welcome!

By the Hut

The apartment is in the converted marl shed, behind our home. The apartment has a private garden. It is a sustainable apartment with heat pump and air conditioning. Kitchen is fully furnished. There is a covered bicycle shed. Ingber is located in the heart of the Heuvelland, with walking and cycling routes. 200 meters away, take the bus to Maastricht or Aachen. Our animals ( dog, cat, horses, donkeys, chickens and a rooster) welcome you. Pets are therefore not desired.

This completely new outdoor accommodation since May 2022, including private hot tub, is the perfect base for the real peace and nature lover, cyclist or hiker. In April 2023, this stay became even more unique due to the landscaped natural garden. Here you can enjoy everything that nature has to offer in peace and quiet. Please feel free to take a walk through this Centrally located in the hill country in relation to Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen and Aachen.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This is the location to enjoy the Limburg landscape in peace. Do you still want to go to the city for a day? It is only 10 minutes away.

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated with lots of plants, flowers and nice ornaments. The house also has a long garden (30 meters) with sun loungers and a patio where you can enjoy a nice meal. Furthermore, we have really tried to indicate a Mediterranean atmosphere and we think this has worked out nicely:) Within an 8-minute walk you are already at the station and within 12 minutes you are practically in the city center.

The Funnyfarm is a beautifully located spacious le cottage with huge garden in the middle of nature in picturesque Ingber. In the garden, there is a BBQ for the hot days. You can enjoy a lounged and children can play and play soccer. The house has a warm look with a lovely living room. The kitchen is enormously spacious and equipped with everyone, and you will not miss anything. Through the sliding door you live both inside and outside!
