Most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Views are amazing in the evenings, place feels so spacious and thoughtfully put together. Distance from the historic centre is perfect and the area around had plenty of shops and cafes + quiet in the evenings and very safe. Host was extremely helpful with any recommendations and even sorted a great airport transfer for us. Really could not recommend this place enough. Quality and value for money is way beyond anywhere else we have stayed in Quito. You won’t regret booking here.

Spectacular stay, super nice decor and super comfortable. Maria Elba was an exceptional host!! I'd come back a thousand times! Fast WiFi, comfortable beds and a large shower with plenty of hot water. Full and new kitchen. Amazing laundry room. 👌 Also, less than 100 meters from the house, there is a small shopping center with some very good restaurants. It is a very quiet and safe area.

We had another lovely stay at this place with our family. The host was very friendly and welcoming, just like the last time we stayed here — it’s always nice to return to a familiar and comfortable spot. The space is cozy and well-located, and overall we really enjoyed our time here.

Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

Beautiful a very nice place if you are looking to get out of the routine, super quiet to relax! The pool is the most, I loved it☺️

The place is nice, the amenities are exclusive to the owners of the place, you need a face ID to be able to enter all of them, it was not pleasant to use the wet areas, which is what I wanted to use the most, asking for a favor to enter or to open the door as infiltrators, inside everything is clean and tidy, it is not easy to order food at home, you have to go out to pick it up, the host was nice. There are areas that I could not use, such as the BBQ.

Pablo is an excellent host, we had a problem with the shower and he kindly helped us even though it was night. Very kind and kind.

Great, comfortable, clean stay, close to the subway station, the bed was super comfortable, I liked it a lot.

We loved staying with Yofre & Lorraine! Lorraine was super responsive and flexible with my check-in time and quickly answered all the questions we had, even right up to the check out time. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as described. The view of Quito was also beautiful. It was central to the Parque Carolina and some yummy restaurants / coffee shops. We would 100% stay there again!

Loved my stay in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the city center and with easy access to public transportation. The apartment is cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you need to feel at home. Communication with the host was excellent, he always answered my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness and tidiness are impeccable. The apartment is very nice. The only thing is that we are older people, and the technology was very hard for us to use, such as turning on the stove, the TV, etc. The area is very nice and quiet
