Suite de La Paz is an apartment located in a complex of 5 apartments. It has private gated parking, Wi-Fi, A/C, and everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. It has a kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a closet, a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a smart TV, and a lot of privacy. The patio and pool are shared. It is located 8 minutes by car from the pier and 10 minutes from the airport, in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a beach for walking just 600 meters away!

Comfy and modern apartment

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and well-located accommodation, in one of the best subdivisions of the city, 5 minutes from the Malecon. One block away are supermarkets and a shopping plaza where there are banks, small restaurants, a gym, etc. On the corner there is a Laundry and the bike path passes right in front of the apartment, which takes you to the Malecon and you arrive in about 5 to 10 minutes by bicycle. A few blocks away is the ISSSTE Hospital

On the same block you will find: restaurants and entertainment areas. Comfortable, it has a separate entrance. High speed Wi-Fi.

During the night it's a quiet neighborhood where you can rest peacefully. If you're traveling by car, the place has private parking. Access is independent from the street and there is a safe box where you can pick up the keys at the time you want to enter.
