Notice: If anyone in your group breaks the local laws, Example using the hot tub after hours or too loud after hours, you will be responsible for the whole fine. The home is located off the beaten path, 35 minutes to the summit of the Sierra, 20 minutes to historical Placerville and other gold rush attractions, and just a few minutes to many of the apple hill farms. Note: This is a RURAL location.
