The apartment is not only located at the only Beachfront Residence in El Gouna but also next to the New Marina. Everything is a walking distance from where you are: supermarkets, restaurants, bars,.....etc. You will have access to Mangroovy beach, restaurants, and a beach bar! Please note that the apartment overlooks nearby construction work. Due to this inconvenience, the nightly rate was reduced. There is free parking inside the gated compound. Mix groups are not allowed.
