We felt very good about the house for 5 adults and a child, I really liked the place, it is very quiet and safe. It's a plus that they provide a bus to take you to old Guatemala, my family liked it a lot!

The place is centrally located, close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc. The atmosphere is quite safe.

Sofia was an excellent host. He was very kind to let us in 3 hours before check-in and to bring us a crib with blankets and a bathtub for our baby. He also offered us cleaning in the middle of the week, which I think is the first time that's happened to me on Airbnb, so we really appreciated it. The house is small but cozy and is very good for a couple. The garden is very beautiful but there are many mosquitoes. We need mosquito nets to be able to ventilate well. The accommodation is on a private street on the edge of the center, which makes the area quieter and more peaceful than the center. Everything is within walking distance, but without a car we miss a supermarket closer. However, in the opposite direction to the center there are amenities nearby and beautiful streets. In short, a very pleasant place with a hostess who cares about you having a good stay. We were very happy and would definitely repeat. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—just like in the photos—and everything was spotless and very comfortable. You can tell the hosts really care about the space and the experience. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Wow is all I can say. The photos do this home no justice. The hospitality was unmatched. We had a small issue with security a few times which honestly isn’t the host fault but she took it upon herself to make us feel comfortable and gave us a free in home breakfast cooked by this beautiful sweet women. Everything was perfect. If ever in Guatemala this is where we will stay. This is my Me, my husband our children and 1 daughter in law and the wonderful lady who cooked for us. We love this home. This home was absolutely stunning

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. Location is very convenient. The host was very kind and attentive, responded quickly to all my questions and gave us very useful recommendations to enjoy.

This place deserves 6 out of 5 stars if that was even possible. Our group of 9 stayed at Kat’s place and the consensus of all 9 was that it was the nicest Airbnb any of us had ever been to. Impeccably clean—Senora Estelita is a superstar who went above and beyond by doing our laundry (we were planning to do it ourselves using the laundry room) from our Acatenango hike, and helped mop some of the dust we brought back from said hike. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so clean, the rooftop is incredible and it was in good walking distance to everything. The only tiny thing we could have asked for improvement on was that the WiFi was pretty weak and 9 people on it was tough. Regardless of that small detail, don’t hesitate to book this place!

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent clean place tidy comfortable quiet environment super super recommended supermarket next to the Building

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!

I would definitely stay again, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the internet was very good, it was very easy to get there, the area is beautiful and safe. There was a place to buy food nearby and accessible. There is also a shopping area nearby.

Diana and Julio are gracious hosts, and their little piece of paradise is our new favorite place to stay in Antigua. Great location and we look forward to returning for a long stay later this year.
