This warm, quiet place is fully equipped with custom touches by Lorena de Estrada, a seasoned interior designer. Open up the entire house to welcome in the relaxing sounds and enjoy the beauty all around.

Nice and spacious villa in Monterrico, with all the amenities to enjoy unforgettable beach days with friends and/or family. It has a grill, swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, garden and a terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The property consists of 4 spacious rooms with air conditioning and a bathroom incorporated into each one. Capacity for 15 people, fully equipped kitchen with utensils at your disposal, parking for 4 vehicles and security booth.

If you like oceanfront sunsets, natural environments, and comfort without luxury, you'll love our house. It has its own pool, 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom (4 people per room), palm trees and a spectacular view. Our house has fresh water that comes from a nearby well. The pool is also freshwater. The house's kitchen is very well equipped. We frequently renew pots, pans, cutlery and others so that they are always in optimal condition.
