Beachfront holiday rentals in El Médano

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment has everything, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the hostess, a beautiful person, very attentive and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

Excellent location and all you need was within reach - as well inside the apartment. The only minor downside was no dishwasher, compensated by a lovely roof terrace and cute place in general. Also loved the 2 bathrooms. Would anytime go back!

Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Well stocked with all kitchen appliances and equipment. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday with a well stocked cupboard with beach equipment, beach towels etc. They kindly provided us with snorkels when we asked. Also a small bike for tris to the shops. Within driving distance of all the good beaches. La Tejita beach great for walks and surf. Great surfing beach just nearby. Very convenient for the airport. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment corresponds to the pictures and is conveniently located close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. I loved the opportunity to use the pool, which belongs to the apartment complex. The kitchen is well equipped and you can cook well, as all essential utensils are available. Communication with Cristina was easy and very fast - thank you for that! Check-out and check-in were correspondingly straightforward. Since animals are also allowed in the accommodation, I found it a bit unfortunate that there was a lot of dog hair on the terrace. The terrace (facing the street) is also a bit noisy. Nevertheless, I will be happy to come back. Thank you!

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

I had a lovely stay in this nice apartment where you can find all you need, in a quiet and beautiful area. A bottle of rose wine on arrival was a good touch and Maria was welcoming and suggested some good restaurants nearby. Will definitely come again!

Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

Great apartment. We love this location close to a lovely kid friendly beach and own private pool. Convenient location to walk in to town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocios apartment. It's in a fantastic location with stunning views of the sea. The rooftop balcony provided a sheltered spot to relax on one of the windy days. The shops and restaurants are well within walking distance as are lots of beautiful beaches. El Medano is an authentic holiday destination - quiet, friendly and no drunken groups, loud bars or nightclubs. We felt safe and welcome. Thank you El Medano.

We were there for 2 nights. The beach, which is located directly at the accommodation, was positive. Unfortunately, there is currently a large construction site right in front of the door, but there is no deduction for this! On the second day, we are on the beach, past Montana Roja to El Medano. The kitchen is filled with everything you need. 5-Star

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. (The cause was a power outage in the village/ power outage in Tenerife). We would like to thank you very much for this great experience! Kind regards, Nathalie and Mirko

Very nice, functional apartment. Well located, close (about 15 min by car) to Los Cristianos and Las Americas where most of the activities to do are (quad, jetski, diving, boat, etc.). However, do not leave any food lying around, otherwise you will have the pleasure of cohabiting with a colony of small ants😂. Otherwise nothing to say, the accommodation was really great. However, the landscape is beautiful, natural. The view from the bedroom is also very, very pretty. At night, you can see a starry sky. This is really very beautiful. Small downside for the beach near the apartment, except for our surfing friends lol. There is a lot of wind, so there are a lot of waves and the sand flies away. To avoid being buried in sand, it is best to pay for the deckchairs on the beach. Martin was very responsive when we needed him and especially very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Very nice and large apartment. It was very comfortable for our big family. Very close to restaurants and beach. Everything what we need was in the apartment. The only issue is small range of wifi network, it's only allowing for access from living room. If you need access from bedrooms, good to take extender or buy bigger mobile package 😉

Second time, we will visit again!

We spent wonderful week enjoying our vacation and this apartment.Despite checking at night,we were quickly met and checked in. Apartments is very cozy and clean,view from balcony amazing at any time of the day. Apartments has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. In 5min supermarket, beach, small promenade with restaurants. From this city very easy to get any point on island by car. There are many parking spaces near the house. Communication with owner was also immediately and constructive. thanks for everything.
