Apartamento independiente a 3 minutos a pie de las playas de Pedregalejo. Con cocina, baño, cama elevada de 1,60m y futon auxiliar. Terraza exterior. A 15 minutos en bus del centro de la ciudad y 5 minutos a pie de la zona comercial y a 1 minuto a pie de la playa . Con secador de pelo, microondas, cocina completa, aire acondicionado, WiFi, posibilidad de mascota y cuna para bebé. Con entrada independiente. Junto a Infinidad de restaurantes para degustar los típicos "espetos de sardinas".

Abajo tiene cocina independiente , salón y baño y en la planta de arriba una cama king side 2x2 muy cómoda y 2 camas individuales de 90. Vecinos muy tranquilos y puedes dormir con el ruido de fondo de las olas del mar . Es una segunda planta sin ascensor.
