You didn’t just meet our expectations, you completely surpassed them. From organizing private chefs and stunning decor to arranging every ride, tour, and even the birthday cakes exactly as we envisioned, you made everything feel seamless and special. Your kindness and attention to detail made us feel so cared for every step of the way. The house was even more breathtaking in person. It was modern, spotless, fully equipped, and filled with thoughtful touches and amazing amenities. This trip meant so much to us, and we can’t wait to come back!

My second time staying at Maria's house was just as great as the first. The house is perfect with everything you need in a wonderfully relaxing area near alto las palmas, not too far from Medellín if you need the city but also close to my favorite areas in all of Colombia, el retiro, la ceja, etc. Thank you to Maria and Juan for being flexible with my always changing dates. Hope to be back soon.

Este apartamento ubicado en Guayabal, a pocos minutos del Poblado, es un gran lugar dentro de un conjunto residencial seguro y con excelente ubicación, llegar es facilísimo, ya sea en Uber, transporte público o incluso metro. Tiene ingreso con tarjeta al apartamento y acceso a la casa con reconocimiento facial, el lugar es espectacular: jacuzzi privado, X-Box, Alexa, un televisor enorme y una cocina totalmente equipada que invita a quedarse. El asador de gas es ideal para una noche de parrillada, pero si prefieres salir, los restaurantes cercanos ofrecen sabores que conquistan. ¿Lo mejor? Una malla tipo catamarán donde puedes recostarte a ver la ciudad iluminada por la noche, ¡una experiencia mágica! Además, el conjunto cuenta con un corresponsal bancario que facilita cualquier diligencia, y Juan, el anfitrión, fue increíble: atento, amable y siempre disponible, haciendo que todo fluyera, de mi parte recomendado 👌🏽

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Carlos’s house it was exactly as described. The location is extremely walkable and conveniently close to plenty of restaurants, a bank, a grocery store, and Uber rides to most places are very affordable. The availability of cleaning services upon request was a nice touch What stood out the most to me was the respect for privacy and the flexibility with having guests. Treat Carlos’s home with care and respect, he will do his best to take care of you in return. That said, I did experience two minor drawbacks: 1.The downstairs area did not have hot water initially. I later learned from Carlos that the hot water heater needed to be turned on separately. Since I was staying upstairs, I wasn’t aware my guests downstairs were using cold water. Had I known, I would’ve contacted Carlos much sooner, as he’s very responsive. 2.Noise: Because the house is in a central location, you should expect some ambient noise. Overall, it was a great experience, TY Carlos!

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

Lo malo de este lugar son dos cosas: 1-tener que irse. 2-es tan lindo que no quisieras tener que salir a conocer Medellín. Me sentí mejor que en mi casa. Mis 2 amigos y yo la pasamos genial en un lugar precioso, ágil, cómodo, privado hasta entre nosotros mismos, cada uno en su dormitorio. Gracias María, sin duda será nuestro cuartel general al visitar Medellín.

There are two types of Airbnb in medellin. Those in the front of the high rise that face the road, and those they face the back. If you face the road, you won’t sleep. This faces the back nice view too and is not on the road and is quiet. Also has pretty good blinds that block out a lot of light- also rare in Airbnb.

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Very comfortable place felt just like home, peaceful place and quiet environment. Gladys and Victoria were very helpful on instructions since the beginning. Very professional staff at arrival. Totally recommend this place for future trips and visits.

This is the place to stay. We’ve stayed at many different hotel units and this by far is the best set up for a 2 br 2 bath. Great location, pool, staff, view, and David is very responsive. They even have a spa for facials/massages that’s very inexpensive.

Allen is a super host, I had an amazing time

I’ve stayed 71 days in Soul, and what a great experience that was. One of the things I love the most about Medellín are the views, so I was super happy to learn that the terrazzo from Soul has breathtaking views at night, which became even more enjoyable because you can experience it from the pool and the jacuzzi. The place is super clean, the staff is VERY VERY attentive, the apartment looks just like the pictures, and I have to mention the bed… That was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. I found the gym very well equipped, and has nice views as well! There’s a coffe/restaurant downstairs and I was so happy to learn that they have a lot of vegan options!! The building is very well located, close to a supermarket, and less than 20 minutes walking from Provenza (with a car is about 5). I’d definitely recommend it as a stay!

Great location and area. Hosts were extremely responsive to our initial needs. WiFi had issues at time, but nothing major. Security guards were cool & made checking in seamless! Would stay again!!

El apto es muy acogedor , bonito y agradable, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Se nota que está remodelado hace poco. Tiene un pequeño balcón con una vista muy bonita de la ciudad. Tuvimos que cancelar unas noches porque nos quedaba bastante retirado del lugar donde estábamos trabajando, el anfitrión fue muy amable y comprensivo y nos ayudó con la modificación de la reserva.

We stayed here for five nights and this apartment is just as described. It is clean, well appointed and in a great location. I was traveling with my 17 year old daughter and the 24 hour security made both of us feel safe. The views are amazing and the location was perfect for us. There is music noise late night from the area discos/nightlife, but that is part of the location. Carlos is an attentive host who responds to questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again.

Overall. I enjoyed my time at this Airbnb. Very clean, very nice, minor issues. But they were always available and willing to help me whenever I had an issue and I appreciate that. Security on the property is immaculate! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you guys for having me.
