A great place for your visit to Sanlucar - right by the beach and an easy walk to the centre of town for the bars and bodegas. Clean and comfortable, and Luisa was always quick to respond to messages.

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

The house is very cozy, very good location near the beach and restaurants and services. Beatriz is very flexible and responds very quickly to messages. Recommended!

We enjoyed 11 wonderful days at Susana's house. A wooden cottage with all the comforts, located on a plot surrounded by huge pine trees and an extensive garden with a pool where you can breathe peace and tranquility. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need for everyday life and very clean and well maintained. The exterior is spacious, with plenty of shade and access to the pool. All the necessary amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. In addition, Susana is a close and charming person who has been attentive to ensure that we did not lack anything at any time. I hope we can come back soon, it was a real pleasure. Thank you Susana.

A wonderful apartment, to put some catch the TV in the living room pixelates a lot, but it is a problem of the narrow..., otherwise everything great, we will return for sure, many thanks to the owners for having everything so well and with so much taste.

Cozy and spacious apartment located right next to a stunning beach. Lots of restaurants around yet very quiet area, perfect to rest. The apartment has new furniture and comfortable mattresses. Manuel is a wonderful host, always responding and has a great attitude. We’ll definitely repeat!

First of all, I want to emphasize how charming and attentive Manuel and Ana are. Everything was perfect from the first minute. Communication at all times and quick answers to any questions. The cottage is charming, friendly and cozy. It has everything you can imagine in the surroundings, all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. You can walk quietly through the heart of Rota without having to travel too far given how central the house is :) Do not hesitate to use the parking lot, it is right in front of the house and you are guaranteed peace of mind. A spectacular accommodation in a quiet area just a few steps from the beach. The house has everything you need, with a special mention to the pool and the barbecue. And Bea is super friendly and answers any questions instantly. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is perfect, just as it looks in the photos! It is in a very quiet development and the area with the beach a few meters away. Macarena was very kind, she was there to welcome us and I can do everything very easily. An unbeatable stay

Wonderful apartment, right in front of the beach, close to many restaurants and wineries. Very clean and fully equipped. The Host will always be available to help. On top of that, and without us knowing in advance, the Feria de la Manzanilla was taking place, right next to the apartment. Wonderful

We felt really comfortable in this accommodation. From the first moment, the place conveyed tranquility, cleanliness and good taste. We already liked the photos, but in person it feels even better. The house was impeccable, very well cared for, with everything you need to spend a few comfortable days: equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, soft towels and a very cozy general atmosphere. It looks like the host takes care of the details. The location was also ideal: in a quiet area but with easy access to everything we needed, whether it was to go out to dinner, take a tour or just go shopping at the supermarket. The host was very kind, attentive at all times and with good communication. Always available. In short: the place is nice, practical, quiet and well maintained. Ideal for resting.

Really nice apartment close to the beach. We were there in May and it was not very busy. We came with the car and there's lots to see and do in the area. The big beach is in walking distance (~10-15 minutes) to this Airbnb. Although the real gems, which are more secluded and natural beaches with little bays and less tourists, are a twenty minute drive further down to the west, close to a costal town called Roche. Cadiz is a 40 minute drive away to the east and worth a visit. There are beach bars, tapas restaurants and ice cream palors near the beach, too. The apartment has a nice balcony with a view into a complex compound garden with palm trees which is nice for coffee in the morning. The kitchen is small but has everything needed to cook and even a washing machine. We found the apartment clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly, flexible and communication was easy and quick. We would definitely come again. :)

Maria Jesus was extremely helpful during the booking process. We greatly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful and spacious villa. It was very clean and the kichen was well stocked with everything you would need. The yard is amazing with a lovely pool and seating area. It is steps away from a gorgeous beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Great little apartment with unbeatable views directly to the sea. Beach right outside the door. We didn't miss anything in the place. Lots of restaurants in direct surroundings. Eli is a very helpful and accommodating host. We will be happy to come back!

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Comfortable and very clean apartment. Super easy access with excellent lifts. We had a great stay here. Apartment was nicely laid out and decorated. Balcony is spacious and has a lovely view of the ocean. Beautiful beach with very easy access from the apartment. There are beach chairs, parasols and towels for you to take with you to the beach. Apartment was quiet and airy. Comfy bed and a great shower. Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep. Lots of restaurants nearby and excellent bus service into the centre (20/25 mins). Antonio was very friendly and helpful. Good comms prior to and during stay. Recommended.

Incredible stay, a beautiful and comfortable apartment, although a little smaller than it looks in the ad. An ideal location, next to the beach, close to the port and well connected by public transport, as well as fast and affordable taxis. The hosts are super friendly, everything is a ten.

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Very modern, right at the beach, incredible views and very calm. Basically walking distance to anything in Rota. Perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need even for a long term stay. Silvia was also super fast to communicate and made sure we feel ourselves at home from the first moment. I highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back one day!

We had a great stay at Monica’s apartment. She met us there and gave us comprehensive information and instructions. She also said we could contact her anytime. So many things were within walking distance, including Caleta beach. An altogether great stay.
