This recently renovated house is located in a safe gated residential area, it takes a seven minutes drive to get to Galerias Santo Domingo mall, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and much more. It offers a private and quiet accommodation for vacationers and business travelers. The unit features a comfortable king sized bed, 1 queen and 1 full sized bed. The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.

Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
