House holiday rentals in El Refugio

The accommodation is in line with the price, I only disagreed with the price of Sunday night, since they doubled the price. The house met my expectations, the cleanliness and all the furniture are in perfect condition.

It's amazing for a weekend. Identical to the photos. We had a great time!

The house is located in a very nice and quiet residential area. The check-in instructions were clear, we found the house without any inconvenience. We checked in until 2 am that we arrived in Queretaro and we had problems with the door lock upon arrival at the house. Even late at night, Ana helped us access the property. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. We couldn't turn on the hot water in the morning, but were able to bathe in warm water without any issues. It is a super beautiful place and I will definitely stay again with my family when we return to Queretaro for a visit.

A nice space away from the hustle and bustle of people. totally to rest and disconnect from the routine.

loved it. the only problems were the house junker wasnincorrect, but easily corrected over the phone.l, ideally 1 fan per room, coffee and tea would bhavan been great. the showers quite badly. hope they get this sorted. would definitely stay again even with the floods

We’ve stayed in many ABnB’s over the years and this one was hands-down, our favorite. We stayed a full month here and it felt like home after a few days. The house is well stocked and furnished and we wanted for nothing. The master bed is very comfortable (the guest room Is pretty firm) and the A/C units worked so well and kept us wonderfully comfortable in the hottest month of the year (not available in most units!) The Wi-fI worked great- no issues. We did lose power several times a week, always at night and it never lasted more than 10 mins at a time. The location was great, there are many restaurants, veggie stores, taco stands, and convenience stores within walking distance, including a full grocery store. The place to refill the water is a half a block away. Downtown Queretaro is a short Uber ride away and big stores like Costco, Sam’s, HEB and Walmart are 15-20 mins in a reasonably priced Uber. All in all, this was a great place to stay and we’ll definitely stay again!

Excellent spot in a great neighborhood, there’s lots of restaurants (including some of the best tacos in Qro), coffee shops, pharmacies, bakeries etc. And the house was so comfortable, spacious, clean with everything you need (including a washer) . Comunicación with the host was on point, always responsive and always willing to help if anything needed, definitely felt at home. We will come back.

I traveled with family and we had a very pleasant stay. Although we were prepared, we realized that you can arrive with nothing, just your luggage, because Griselda thinks of you and has everything you need. Comfortable, quiet, safe, excellent place !!! Michael and his group of collaborators are excellent hosts, always attentive and in constant communication. The space is very nice and pleasant, and check-in was very easy. I will definitely return.

Eduardo & his team were the best. Always responded & took care of every little thing. The space is really cute with a great layout, a roomy bathroom with a great shower. The kitchen has everything one would need. Location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is nice, it is small, but warm and family-like. We did not stay as a family, two adults and a child, and the stay was nice. We spent our Christmas train in the accommodation and it felt like home. We greatly appreciate the communication and ease of hosting. I can recommend this place because it is close to the historic center of the city. The house has enough security to feel safe, with surveillance, something that surprised me, is that I had the ease of having everything at hand and appliances, as well as a washing machine to spend a few days in the city. Without a doubt, we will stay if we are given the opportunity again to visit the beautiful city

Great location in heart of Querétaro. Appreciated being in a quiet gated community yet close enough to the action we could walk to the plazas.

Spotless and very new home, well equipped and comfortable. The urbanization in which it is located is very quiet, it has some amenities (clubhouse with gym and swimming pool) but they do not allow the use to those who rent for the short term (that is why the host does not list those amenities as available for the property). It is in the upper area of Zibatá, away from the golf course but close to shopping squares, supermarkets and services.

Everything excellent, Laura excellent host the beautiful house. Everything very nice would only change one thing, the mattresses that are mega hard and the pillows, not that you can't sleep but it would be richer a little less hard, but everything else excellent. The next time you see that I'm in Querétaro. I'll look to stay in that house. 😊
