Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs. Naregno beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days on the beach without having to use the car.

Located on a hill, the terrace of over 200 square meters offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Portoferraio and the sea with the hills and groves in the hinterland. Far from tourist facilities, Casa Georgii is centrally located. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri are only a quarter of an hour away. Enchanting beaches are nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.

Villa Vista Elba island

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
