Dwayne and Susan are a friendly couple. They were physically present at the property to receive us and explained all the facilities of the property in detail. The cottage is located on a higher ground among the woods and it is maintained in pristine condition. We really enjoyed the interiors of the cottage as they are made with huge wood logs and everything looked new. Property is located very close to many natural attractions like Lakes, Water locks, Provincial and National parks and trails. Jones falls, Smith falls, Long Sault parkway and 1000 islands etc. are few a must watch attractions that are close to this property. We highly recommend this wonderful place for the people who love nature and want to have a nice cottage experience and enjoy visiting natural attractions around this place. Cheers

Mike and his wonderful home must be seen to be believe. Do not have reservations because Mike is living on the property. He makes your stay unforgettable. Kids and adults alike were made to feel special and treated like family. We were taken on guided tours on the land and lake and neighboring chicken lol. Mike took the kids and adults on tubing adventure, to the sandbar and jetskiing. Everyone loved using the golfcart, ziplines and slingshot! The fishing was amazing for the kids. We have to go back again so we can fit the adventures we didn't have time for. We have made a forever friend in Mike and will return as often as he will let us. We have found our annual spot here for memories, love and laughter. Can't say enough about this property and Mike makes it unforgettable. 100% recommended

We had an Incredible stay at this cottage. The place was sparkling clean and the host was excellent. The area is quiet and perfect for an outdoorsy weekend with family. The hot tub and fireplace were such a bonus, and the lake was perfect. I definitely recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a cozy weekend getaway!

My wife and I booked “The Pines” for the month of August and really enjoyed our stay. Rob and Debbie were great hosts and the cottage was excellent. You really can’t beat the location, right on the water next to Chaffey’s lock and the a short walk to the Opinicon hotel, LCBO and general store and beer store. The Cataraqui trail is minutes away. Boat launch is available at the Opinicon also. The cottage has been completely updated with all the amenities and is on a quiet location.

We had an amazing stay at Johanne’s place! The hot tub was absolutely divine—perfect for soaking and unwinding under the stars. The entire space was spotless, felt brand new, and had everything we needed for a perfect escape. The bed and pillows? Pure luxury—like sleeping in a five-star cloud. The shower was another highlight—powerful, hot, and hard to leave. Communication was seamless and instructions were crystal clear. We’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 30 Franklin Drive cottage, managed by Ashley. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there, as the location is ideally situated near a beautiful lake, providing excellent opportunities for kayaking and other outdoor activities. The cottage itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It truly served as the perfect getaway for our family to relax and create wonderful memories together. I highly recommend this cottage as a fantastic place to spend quality time with loved ones. We had an amazing time staying at The Nest, it was such a unique experience and was everything we hoped for. Aaron was a fantastic host. He answered all of our questions before we arrived, and while we were there, within minutes of us asking. Waking up to the spectacular view of the lake, having morning coffee by the water and being surrounded by the sounds of nature were the highlights for us. We stayed mid-June and would recommend being prepared for the bugs (bring bug spray and Citronella candles for outside the door while bbqing). Also be prepared for it to get hot inside the dome during the day and perhaps plan to be on/in the water or out for a drive/exploring. It's recommended to boil the water before drinking (although it is still safe to drink unboiled). We brought a water filter with us as a preference. Overall it was the perfect place for us to relax, disconnect from work and unwind. I would highly recommend this spot and Aaron as your host.
