The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. The fact of living on the floor above gave us security, mainly because it was not a gated community. The pool area and the garden are the maximum point, really very tasty to stay and relax, in addition to being very well taken care of, which left us calm to release our pets. The suite is very simple but functional (the air-conditioning is good, and has a projector instead of a TV). Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. We recommend!

The house and the space are great. The sand court and the soccer field are excellent. Really nice barbecue area. The fireplace area needs large wood. A bag of firewood is not enough because the place is too big. Overall, very top. We'll be back soon.

The house is exactly like the photos, with everything you need and a little more. Quiet street, although it is the center of the city, cozy house and yard, everything very well taken care of. Carol is super friendly and proactive and, in addition to making check-in flexible, she even left treats for us (including the dogs🐶🐶). We love and recommend!

We love the place and we'll definitely be back. Quiet, private and secure location I spent the extended holiday with my family and everything we needed in the house. Well equipped kitchen, with utensils and appliances. Comfortable rooms, quality mattress, as well as linens and linens. A well-kept outdoor area, we love the pool and barbecue area, as well as the fruit trees. It was with two small children and two puppies, safe environment for all of them, the dogs were safe on the fenced property and the children ran and played a lot on the lawn.

Our business stay was great, the house is wonderful, the path takes a bit of a dirt road, but nothing that got in the way, there is no commerce nearby, so we had to shop in São Roque. Overall everything was great.

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. The place is amazing! Those were very good days! The space is really great for those looking for a quiet place to be in touch with nature! The children had a lot of fun fishing and boating, we were able to be in contact with native animals of the region such as monkeys and exotic birds. The house is comfortable, it was clean and organized, everything as advertised. The hosts are very friendly and treated us with great affection! The location is excellent, quiet and at the same time close to shops and everything we needed. The site is very well located. There are restaurants, a church, a bakery, a pharmacy, snack bars, cafes, all within walking distance. The neighborhood is super quiet. The space has everything you need for a good stay, very well equipped. The fact that it has parking with an electric gate also helped a lot. Pedro is very helpful and active.
