Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

A cosy one bedroom cottage with queen sized bed, (portacot available on request), fully self contained. Farm managers residents conveniently neighbouring to assist with your stay.

The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.
