The Conductor's Cottage, escape to Waterval Onder

The Conductors' Cottage is a converted railway house that offers beautifully furnished accommodation for up to six guests. Set in the grounds of the main farmhouse, there are three cottages in total. The Conductor's Cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge & outside deck area to enjoy. There are views of the hills of Mpumalanga Province as you sit on the verandah. We are a working farm with resident sheep, geese & pigs. We also have four boxer dogs that are part of the family

Yes Cabin

Our cosy cabin which sleeps 4 is set under the trees in our beautiful permaculture garden. It's a short drive away from shopping centers, restaurants, game parks and hiking trails. It's next to our art gallery & main house but with a back garden for you to relax in. We have a pool too! We love animals and hope you do too, there's a lot of friendly cats and big dogs around along with birds and monkeys! Kids can bring their own T-shirt and screen-print it with us for free at our workshop.

The Woodshed is ideally placed only an hour's drive from The Kruger National Park or the closest border into E'Swatini (Swaziland). In the foothills of the World Heritage listed Makonjwa Mountains with their 3.6 Billion year old Geological history. Scenic drives and hiking are nearby. The historic 1884 Goldrush town of Barberton is just a 2km walk away. Gold mining tours and panning are available and the area still has 7 working gold mines.
