This Airbnb is conveniently located next to tram stops, heaps of restaurants and cute shops. With St. Kilda beach and Albert park being a walking distance away, there’s so much to do around here. Kate was very easy to chat with, gave clear instructions, and helpful with the recommendations of what to do in town. Will definitely stay here again, thanks Kate!

Hi Pip & Jamie, We loved our time in Monton. Location was excellent - very close to our sister & public transport! Easy walking distance to shops & cafes. We appreciated those little touches that make a difference . . . Soft linen sheets, feather pillows, comfy, supportive mattresses, elegant, stylish decor. Thoughtful extras and beautifully clean. We had a very easy check in and the accommodation was in a great location and was well priced. The bedrooms are not large but have comfortable beds and the unit has two bathrooms. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked like it held everything needed. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The living area had everything needed. Froilan also left some local information that was a nice and welcome touch. Car parking was secure. We would definitely stay again.

Leanne’s house was stunning. She has so proactive with her responses and instructions which made for a seamless check in. The location was great, although we didn’t see the beach due to the weather, it would of been a beautiful walk in such a nice suburb. Easy to catch Uber from the outside. I love the touches of Alive brand shampoo/conditioner, that was lovely to see. Her decor and design has to be complimented. I loved my time and hope to come back again soon. Highly recommended! Thank you for accomodating us Leanne, you are such a lovely host and have a lovely home.

Lovely place to stay, so close to the main restaurant strip of St Kilda but very peaceful and quiet. Very comfortable bed and apartment nice and clean. Great to have a parking spot off the street. Highly recommended.

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

A well located stay for easy travel to many eastern and inner city areas. Train station, excellent coffee shop and many restaurants , 711, chemist etc at 2-5min walk. Greatly equiped Air BnB with all you’ll need.

Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

I booked the place for a holiday with my parents and kids. The place was so homely and kids friendly! There were many games and toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ambiance was like a beautiful and welcoming family home that all of us very much enjoyed. Thank you Fran for the delightful stay!

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.

Luke and Emi's place was the perfect place to land in Melbourne. Well located, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach!!! Super quiet at the same time. Comfy bed and nice shower. Luke and Em were always responsive and really helpful. We would definitely come back :)
