Loft holiday rentals in Emilia-Romagna

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The view's were lovely and there are some really nice walks around which you can coordinate getting the train back as the station is within walking distance. The family are really lovely and generous. the breakfast supplies are great. Highly recommend

the loft is beautifully done, clean and fresh and you can't find a better location or price in the center of Florence to stay. Between the shops and restaurants and attractions this place is great and everything is so easy to walk to. This will be the first place I'd look for on a return trip to Florence

My wife and I stayed three days in the studio and we could visit the sights of Bologna easily. The studio is on an easily accessible street, it is comfortable, clean and functional. It's on the ground floor of a building. The environment is quiet, peaceful. From there, we walked to the historic center, it was very easy. To get to the studio, from Bologna Centrale station, you can go by bus. Francesco welcomed us personally and was very kind and attentive. He clearly explained the necessary details about the studio, gave us restaurant recommendations and information about points of interest. He was really attentive during our stay in Bologna, we were happy.

Lapis place was very charming, kitchen had everything we needed. Lapos place would be ideal for a longer stay which we wish we could. Location is perfect close to everything walkable to great restaurants and shops. Lapo was very helpful when needed. We would definitely come back and stay at Lapos place.

Sara was a fantastic host from start to finish. We had a late flight which was also delayed two hours. I messaged Sara to let her know our updated arrival time and she still happily met us at 11pm to get us settled in. We also struggled to use the taxi apps, so Sara booked us a taxi back to the train station on our last day. The trip was with my dad, so I was on the sofa bed and he in the double up top. I was a little bit worried but have no complaints and slept well. Sara gave us some excellent recommendations for local food and wine. We had the best pizza we’ve ever tasted from Pizzeria La Luna! The only thing to note is that you need to copy the address from Air BNB and paste into Google maps. If you click on the map in the Air BnB app, it takes you three minutes walk away from the loft for some reason. Also if you’re visiting Florence, you MUST book a Tuscany wine tour. We used Fun In Tuscany because it’s a smaller group. It’s worth every single penny! Thank you so much Sara x

We felt immediately at home in this wonderful loft. The space is stunning and even topped off with a wonderful terrace. The location is in the middle of everything. Definitely planning to return! Grazie mille!

Michele’s place was very clean and quiet. He was very flexible with our check-in as we were coming off the Via Degli Dei trek and couldn’t give a precise time we would be there, we very much appreciated his flexibility. He leaves a great book of instructions for the accommodation as well as excellent suggestions for bakeries, restaurants and bars in the area. His place is very central to the main tourist attractions but far enough away for a peaceful relaxing nights sleep. We really enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Florence and had a wonderful experience overall! The apartment was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city's stunning sights and vibrant neighborhoods. It was spotlessly clean and matched the description perfectly, which made settling in effortless and comfortable. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottle of wine left for us, adding a warm and welcoming gesture to our stay. I truly appreciated this detail, which enhanced the overall hospitality. The only minor drawback was the street noise, which was quite noticeable during late-night and early morning hours. This aspect slightly affected the quietness of our rest but didn’t overshadow the many positives of the accommodation. Despite this, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Florence, especially for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful hosts. We would absolutely return again!

this little loft is perfect for a short trip to Bologna! very centrally located, clean and cozy inside. Anna and Carlo are very responsive hosts and gave very clear instructions on how to find the place. be warned that Bologna is a very noisy city at night (not to be blamed on the hosts!)

We absolutely loved our stay! We have a family of five and it fit us perfectly. It felt like we were enjoying a little bit of history as we laid down to sleep each night. The kitchen was fully equipped with and the washer and dryer was a huge unexpected benefit. We would definitely recommend it and would sat here again!

What an incredible place to stay! 10/10 recommend!!!!! Sara was precious and don’t miss out on her pasta class-so fun! A great way to learn some new things about pasta and the city!!!!! We loved our stay and they were incredible hosts! From start to finish I couldn’t recommend enough. 🫶🏼

The apartment is stylish, spacious and comfortable, well appointed and super clean. It has a beautiful outside courtyard which is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun and gives the apartment an airy feel. Francesco is a kind and generous host providing a warm welcome and intro to Ferrara and is helpful with suggestions for restaurants and sharing his local knowledge. It is his personal touch that makes this a truly top quality apartment. We would highly recommend Francesco’s place for a stay in Ferrara.
