Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Dubai! Joseph and Yousef were brilliant—communication was flawless and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The apartment was stunning, spotless, and in the perfect location—just minutes from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The pool area was incredible, super relaxing with amazing views. Chaplins restaurant nearby was a real gem, and having a 24-hour supermarket just across the road made everything so convenient. This place had everything we needed and more—will definitely be staying again!

Highly recommend & definitely do not hesitate to book here! Perfect location as well as it’s a max 7/8 minute walk from Dubai Mall so very convenient for the location! The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!

Nice apartment. Spacious for a studio. Partial Sea Views from the balcony and almost the highest floor. First apartment nearest to the elevator (but no noise). Great for 1-2 people. Had a nice smell too. Grocery store downstairs and plenty of restaurants on the boardwalk. Definitely would check availability with Nevena’s airbnb next time i need to come to marjan in the coming weeks! Nevena was very responsive and offered to help every step of the way. Thank you!!

Petr went above and beyond to be helpful as we were kind of in limbo waiting to fly out and continued our stay several days beyond our original booking and each day Petr kept the calendar open for us to extend from day to day. He was a pleasure to deal with and o would highly recommend him as a host.

Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

Very nice apartment on 53rd floor with amazing views to Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Private entrance to Dubai Mall. Great place!

Very good person and place

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Fantastic stay - great apartment, great location and views. Apartment is spacious and clean. Amenities are good too, feels safe. One point (not the apartment's flaw) is that I hope the shared gym had more gym equipments, there are no dumbbells at all.

Emma was great, when a small issue with a gas alarm arose she was on top of it and had it dealt with immediately. Great property and highly recommended management.

Well furnished townhouse for a family gathering. Although the locality is a bit isolated from the rest of Dubai, having a car would solve this issue to access elsewhere. Otherwise, superb place for a family gathering.

Great place to stay, but do not have high expectations of getting good views as its surrounded by other buildings. For view and convenience you have to come out. Rest everything is as described, you get parking, you can order foods, have access to convenience store and can easily get taxi. Book and enjoy your stay.

We had a great time and great stay, perfect size for 4 people, lock needed a battery change and he sent batteries in less than 10 mins. Great location, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
