Julio and Melvin were incredible hosts. Our stay was not planned, and we had several adjustments to our stay due to the unexpected loss of a family member. The hosts were not only accommodating and responsive but genuinely expressed their condolences for our loss. The views are stunning!!! We were able to find peace and heal thanks to this amazing property and hospitality of Julio and Melvin. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would.

Joel, your home was more than perfect. My 2 toddlers saw lizards for the first time and heard coquis for the first time on your property. Your home will be a core memory of ours forever. We will make this a yearly trip and would love to stay at your place again. This place truly has more than you could imagine!

Absolutely Stunning Stay – Even Better Than the Photos! We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures, and it was perfect for our family. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. One of the best features was the generator – the power went out in the area, but thanks to the generator, we never even noticed. It made a huge difference in our comfort. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico – it truly felt like a home away from home!

Thanks for a great stay. The place was clean, quiet and just like the pictures showed. Excellent internet (had to do some work as well). Did a bit of snorkeling (resident young barracuda on the dock, large sting-ray on the Island in front and plenty of fish where the pelicans are as well as on the house on the water next door. Loved the place and hope to come back.

We are in the foothills of a Mountain Facing the cool Winds of Caribbean Waters. 2mn from el Tuque Exit @Hwy 52 in the Shores of the Biggest Barrio in Puerto Rico. With Our own Walmart Kmart Bakeries Emergency hospital and some Exelent local Businesses We OurSelf used to be a Bakery but as Calle Principal turn One Way It became like Residential. Accurate listing, clean and modern, everything that is needed is provided, clear instructions, and location was the perfect drive to the mall, restaurants, and downtown. We enjoyed our time in Ponce and the Airbnb was a big reason.
