Everything was perfect. The facilities exceeded our expectations. Eliete's accommodation has everything. The location is perfect. Very close to Park Shopping and at the same time a wonderful silence. I have a habit of traveling with my wife and it was certainly the best service we have ever had and undoubtedly the best space we have ever booked. The apartment is very thoughtfully designed and homey, great for remote work, and lots of Brazilian food options at your door step. 10 mins walk to Lapa which is good for nightlife too, 20 min Uber to Copa/Ipanema Unfortunately, it is located near a main street and you will need some earbuds to sleep well at night, otherwise fantastic stay!

A modern, comfortable top floor apartment in the city center, quiet and effective air conditioning, kind and helpful hosts. As per most of Centro, I recommend using Uber at night, even for short distances.

I spent the weekend in Petrópolis with my husband and a couple of friends, and the experience could not have been better. Sérgio and his wife were super nice to us, from before check in always very helpful, gave us local recommendations, the cozy and wonderful house with a fireplace that we fell in love with, warm water even to wash the dishes and heaters in the rooms, we felt at home. We will definitely come back more often and we are already recommending it to friends and family!

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. Mr. Willen is very cordial, and always ready to answer our questions. We were delighted with the place. We can only thank you 🙏

We love our stay at Sergio's place! I went with friends and the house perfectly met what we needed — comfortable, well-equipped and in great shape. The location was also a strong point: being near the subway station made it very easy and allowed us to access the entire city with ease. The house is even more beautiful in person, the outdoor space is great. I had not understood the stairs issue well in the description, although I understood that there was access, so I think it is useful to say that to access the main house there is a flight of stairs from the entrance gate to it and the 3 suites of the house are also on the 2nd floor accessed by stairs. But it wasn't a problem, I took my 84-year-old grandmother and everything went well. In winter, I think it's important to bring an extra blanket. The house was very clean, organized and Yasmin recommended a cook, Mrs. Regina, who for those who need it, can be hired without fear. Delicious food.

We are professors at UFRJ and decided to rent a space near the Fundão island. The idea was to gain mobility to get to a scientific event quickly. The stay was wonderful, the apartment is beautiful! I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near the center of Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite with me, towels, bed linen, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in Rio was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

Evaluation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location of the apartment is just great! It is very close to the main tourist spots of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, the Princess Isabel House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with tranquility. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The hostess was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without thinking twice!
