The villa offered by Chahrazed was beautiful, identical to the photos, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and beautiful. The garden was beautiful and welcoming. The place was perfect for our barbecue around the pool. Communication with Chahrazed was easy, she responds very quickly and is very helpful. She brought us a large and brand new barbecue for our grills because the one on site was a little small The house is welcoming and very practical and can easily accommodate the ten people indicated I recommend Chahrazed's house and I will return whenever I want to have an extended family meeting Thank you very much

Sunny villa, beach front, authentic Tunisian architecture and decoration, super clean, each room is a charm! A true immersion into the Tunisian culture. We enjoyed the pool as much as we enjoyed the beach. The view was… breathtaking! Calm neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. We will come back this summer for sure. Thanks to the host, she was super helpful, flexible and proactive!

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

My experience with Raouf was 10/10 on every aspect, it matches perfectly the description and even better when you're personally there, very comfy and cosy atmosphere and decorations, his mom was extremely friendly and welcoming, both were extremely responsive to every question and request. I'd definitely come back if I ever would like to spend a night in the area without any doubt.

Excellent location in an upmarket neighbourhood. Directly across the street is a great restaurant and café, perfect for morning breakfast and dinner in the evening. Quiet area at night and good security. Located on a side street with on street parking outside the front gate. Quick three minute drive, or 10-15 minute walk down the hill to La Marsa beach. Would highly recommend! Only shortcoming was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned. There was rain the night before so the pool was full of leaves.

The house was just like the photos—clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Ramla was so kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the fresh fruit. The location is great, and definitely worth the price. My son absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The accommodation was just like in the pictures – very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Khansa was very friendly, helpful and always available. Soufia was there when we arrived late (our plane was delayed). She took the time to explain to us how the apartment works and the surrounding area. She lives upstairs on the property. Very nice property surrounded by an intimate garden. Several plants and trees are planted, so beautiful scenery. There are cats in the garden. The interior of the apartment is well decorated and clean. We felt comfortable right away… The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Balkis is super nice and welcome and provide us a lot of recommendation in the city. And the house is just as amazing as what the photo shows! We sat in the balcony every day to enjoy the view! No doubt one of the best Airbnb we ever stayed. When we lived there, it just felt like home. And Balkis told us that we can check out anytime and even offer a ride for us to airport! Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

secure, serene, celestial. well equipped entire apartment for a great price. hosting is very welcoming and great. I was even given assistance when I locked myself out of the place at 11:30pm at night with my tail between my legs. wonderful stay.

Very cute little home in Siri Bou Said with two bedrooms, one is very large. Beautiful area and well located. Live like a local, you are getting the real experience. It’s a young people’s and relatively wealthier area for the city. Quiet compared to the city center. Easy transit to the center. Very responsive host.
