Samia's house is a great and peaceful place to stay for longer time. Everything was clean, the whole apartment is spacious. My fiancée and I feel at home there.

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Soufia était présente à notre arrivée tardive (notre avion a eu du retard). Elle a prit le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement et des alentours. Elle habite à l’étage de la propriété. Très belle propriété entouré d’un jardin intime. Plusieurs plantes et arbres y sont plantés, donc beaux paysages. Il y a la présence de chats dans le jardin. L’intérieur de l’appartement est bien décoré et propre. On s’est senti toute suite à l’aise… Les lits et oreillers sont confortables. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour!

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

Oussama's place was a blessing for my family. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and priced fairly. I suspect we'll use it again on future trips.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, ideal for visiting the archaeological site of Carthage and other nearby attractions. A special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, always available, and very responsive. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars, and shopping centers, which really enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Un vrai bol d’air et de tranquillité, parfait pour retrouver la paix intérieure. En plus, un accueil des plus chaleureux. Un immense merci à Leila et Tata Rawdha pour leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison comprenant une belle piscine agréable, et un soleil toute la journée. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux par Ali. Je recommande fortement :-)

Le logement est excellent. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Lumineux. Il est également très propre. Bien équipé. Résidence calme.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

Un petit appartement stylé et moderne, parfait pour un séjour paisible. La piscine était magnifique.

Appartement conforme aux photos. Nous pouvions voir nos enfants se baigner dans l'eau de la terrasse. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées. Ce qui n'est pas du luxe même début Juin. Le lave linge nous a bien servi car avec les compagnies aériennes low-cost il faut voyager léger ! Merci à Hamza notre semaine a ete super

Bilel is just amazing host. He was very helpful and friendly☀️. I traveled with my cat to Tunisia. My trip was very long and took me about 20 hours in total. And several flights in one day And Bilel came to meet me in the airport at night . I did not ask for it , but it was so nice from him and very helpful . Because I felt very tired and sleepy as well And I had very worm welcoming in the apartment with water, fruits , coffee and chocolate. Bilel bought even wet food to my cat and it was so nice and heart -touching. And I got feeling of home from the first second. I was planning to stay 1 month in this apartment. But I had to leave more early by my own reason. Other wise I would stay much longer The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living. It’s clean and comfortable in everything. WiFi is working very good as well All supermarkets, cafes, money exchange , pet shops etc. are very near . If you want to feel like in real home I highly recommended Bilel’s apartments

Not far from the airport. Close to many restaurants (From an American's point of view, Chili's was... okay. Skip it and try Croquembouche instead. It's WAY better.) Coffee shops around. Felt very safe. Was easy to wave down a taxi when we departed. The apartment has the basics you need for a quick stay. We did 2 needed loads of laundry. Wifi was good. We got the bedroom AC to work, but it never got really cold, but it did cut the worst of the heat. Word of warning: If your rear is larger than a Size 20, the toilet will be a tight fit. Careful, as shifting may inadvertently turn on the bidet and soak your toes. Don't ask me how I know. ;)

I had an excellent 4 nights’ stay at Fairouz’s apartment. The location is super convenient,7 minutes walk to Gare de Tunis (the train station) if you’ll take the train. It is also very close to the central fish and vegetable market and the Medina. The apartment is clean and spacious, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood feels very safe. Yes, it is on the fourth floor without elevator. It didn’t bother me, a 63 year old lady. It is a good workout. For my luggage, I did it in two trips( first taking some heavy bags, then the rest). Fairouzbis very sweet and even brought me some Tunisian goodies. I highly recommend her place.
