Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful house, very safe location next to many things to do at night. Very responsive host. Very beautiful plants and a beautiful mango tree right outside. We will deff be back and book this place again!

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

Fixie Loft is a beautiful and well-equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved being surrounded by the rich history la Zona Colonial. The host was super friendly, quick to respond to any questions or needs, and check-in was a breeze. The pool was a sweet bonus — especially with how hot it was! 100% recommend, and we’re definitely coming back!

5 Stars – The Perfect Stay in Santo Domingo! This apartment was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts we needed—AC, strong Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and even a washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Edwardo was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in !! He also recommended us to BOBA which I wanted to pack in my luggage and bring her home with my family She cooked and cleaned for us & also kept my teens company Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, safe, and convenient place to stay in the city!

The apartment is perfect. With all of the amenities - cafe, restaurant, pool, gym, spa, sauna etc It was like staying in a hotel but so much better! The lobby staff were incredibly professional and helpful. Clean comfortable bed, Netflix, hot water ….The area was just what we were looking for - safe, quiet not on a busy main road, quick Uber rides and eats, great for walking our dogs day and night. Overall we were thoroughly impressed. This will definitely be saved under favorites for our future trips to Santo Domingo! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Thank you Raquel

Our stay in Estrella's apartment was excellent! 😍 The apartment is super spacious and comfortable, it is located on the esplanade with a beautiful view from the living room or bedroom. The self check-in and check-out gives you a lot of freedom with the times and our host was always attentive if we needed anything. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the same building. We loved it! And if we ever return to Santo Domingo, we will definitely stay here again! ✨️

As super hosts, we highly appreciated the quality of Etienne's apartment: is spotless and very well-equipped, with nothing missing! It is at the best location in the colonial city, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the sites of interest within walking distance; at the same time, it's VERY quiet for sleeping. We’ll definitely stay here on every visit to Santo Domingo. Como super hosts, apreciamos altamente la calidad del apartamento de Etienne: es impecable y está muy bien equipado, no falta nada! The apartment is excellent and very comfortable. Martha is super nice and always very willing to help with whatever you need. I'd go back without thinking twice, it's well worth it. The apartment is in a very central and easy to find place. The guy in the lobby is also super cool and proactive.
