The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
