The space connects to a full barbecue area, with a sink, beer maker, extensive wooden table and washbasin. The open concept kitchen and TV room are integrated into the leisure area. Also on the same floor, there is a pantry and laundry area (with a washing machine), a bathroom and a spacious en-suite. On the second floor, there are four other large en-suites.
