This place is fantastic! Super clean and organized. When I walked in, I was really shocked. I loved all the small quirky things like the multi-charger next to the bed, all the great kitchen utensils, even a blender (that's weird I know but not all have these things). The towels smelled great! ha. I loved the back porch and the vibe with the lights. For any whole food junkies like me, I was able to get an order delivered easily. Uber was super easy to pick up and drop off... again, so many positive things about this place. You'd be foolish to stay at a hotel with a place and a host like this one! Loved this place.

We had an amazing week! The condo is just a few steps away from the beach and also has a pool and spa that we had almost to ourselves most of the time! It’s also walking distance from tons of restaurants and the pier! The room is modern, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to have a great trip! We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Oceanside!

So, I would just like to say that this place is absolutely as described and deserves every five star review that it has received. For me, it’s the small things and that small thing was lip balm, lol. When I got to the room, my lips were chapped, and I thought I was gonna have to run out because I had misplaced mine and there it was, so thoughtful. I love all of the special touches in that you have everything you need and somethings you didn’t think you needed. Well done!!

This rental was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We especially appreciated the hypoallergenic toiletries and detergent-we have never seen that at any other vacation rentals. Everything was spotless. Very enjoyable stay overall. My compliments to the host :)

Inside, it's clean, comfy, and thoughtfully stocked, with three beds in a one-bedroom setup (perfect if you like sleep variety or dramatic lounging). Nima, the Superhost with superpowers, has thought of everything—from fluffy towels to a kitchen that won’t judge your microwave meal choices. The peaceful neighborhood is close enough to civilization but far enough to hear your thoughts and maybe a bird’s existential crisis. In short, this place is the sweet spot between "I could live here" and "I can't believe I found this," with a mountaintop view.

The location is incredible — you truly can’t beat the proximity to the beach, dog beach, and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops all within walking distance. The unit itself was the perfect space for a quick weekend getaway and had all the amenities we needed. We didn’t use the community space or hot tub, but they looked clean and well-maintained. One heads-up: if you're parking a mid-size or larger vehicle in the garage, be prepared for a very tight fit. The garage is located around the corner in an alley, and some cars turn in blindly, which could be a bit risky — so just use extra caution. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we’d definitely book again!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Absolutely loved this visit! Brought my parents and we all loved it. Can see the beach from the room, parents slept on the bed and I had the pull out couch! Super responsive hosts, helped me when I asked for 2 parking passes for my parents, helped me upon arrival, great communication, thank you! Loved the clear instructions. Highly recommend and would visit again!

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

My family and I loved this property, the location was looking out at the bay which made for a perfect view. The condo also was perfectly located near the boardwalk, cafes, and restaurants so we rarely had to drive anywhere. At night we enjoyed watching the fireworks from seaworld out on the porch, the evenings were quiet which was also nice since my parents are seniors. Tooraj was very communicative about property and to contact him if anything was needed but everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful family vacation I would absolutely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was beautiful! The location was right by the beach like how it shows in the photos! Majority of everything was walking distance and easy to navigate. Very nice area. Condo was nicely stocked with utensils and kitchenware needed for our stay! Will definitely need to come back here for another little vacation.

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

the location of this property is magnificent, Just being able to hear the waves at night was soothing . Worth every dollar I say ! , Walking distance to the harbor and pier, assigned parking,The beach is very close , My family enjoyed Oceanside and the property, clean and spacious. Restaurants and shops throughout our walks on the beach , would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hildy's condo in Oceanside. It was exactly as described, very very clean, and it had everything we needed, especially for the beach. We especially appreciated how many toys and boogie boards there were to bring to the beach for our family of four. Although we didn't need to contact Hildy, it was clear that she was available if we needed help with anything. Thank you Hildy!

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

View was spectacular! Loved the decor style! It’s an older unit but still well maintained. Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach and restaurants in Oceanside. Would definitely stay here again!
