Holiday rentals with a patio in Escondido

Such a great place! I’ve stayed in a fair few good airbnbs, but this one really stood out. The location is great and the home was absolutely pristine, but what I really appreciated was that everything the house was stocked with was superior quality. I’ve never stayed in a place that did the small things so well - the pans were great, the appliances were great, the towels, the bed linens, they even had a full set of glass Tupperware and a water filter in the fridge.

This is my second stay at Sed's place. Place is as described. Clean, cozy, and parking spot (very needed, street parking gets full). Sed responded promptly to my issues. Overall a pleasant stay.

Gorgeous location with well maintained landscaping. Abundance of wildlife and it was a treat to listen to the birds every morning. The apartment is very functional, well maintained with nice finishing touches. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. Rosaura is also a very gracious and helpful host. I highly recommend the place!

We had a terrific stay- the location was perfect- just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The back patio, bbq, and fire pit were also awesome! We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind by the ocean!

We had a great stay at Kevin’s condo and loved the proximity to the beach. Getting to see the ocean out the windows was so nice and being a 2 minute drive to the beach was ideal for us with young kids. The area offers a lot of great food spots and things to do too! His place was clean and comfortable for us four and had everything we needed (minus a high chair which we brought with) to make ourselves at home for the week.

Unbeatable location - Museum of Contemporary Art and the Cove are both within waking distance. The place is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot despite being so close to the cafes, shops and major attractions. Would recommend staying here if solo traveling or in group of 2.

Location is very walkable to charming downtown Vista area, and the unit itself is clean, airy, and spacious with plenty of amenities! There are clear instructions in place too and the dedicated parking was a big plus. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, thank you Kim!

Overall stay was very enjoyable! The hosts are quick and responsive and extremely helpful. The place itself had a very nice jacuzzi/pool to use when relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. The area is very peaceful and relaxing.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly cute, thoughtfully decorated, and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. My wife and I had a very relaxing time at this luxurious and breathtaking location. It was a beautiful home with a magnificent birds eye view of the enitre valley. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and helpful with any questions. All in all, a memorable experience the we joke about because it must have been some kind of dream. Rachel was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We were in the area for a wedding so it was exactly what we needed.

This was our second stay at the Casita and it was just as wonderful as our first. We had 4 adults working remotely while the rest of the group (including kids) enjoyed the pool and game room. The house was perfectly set up for this. We also took advantage of the rooftop and had the loveliest evenings listening to music and winding down by the fire pit. This rental will continue to be in rotation for future trips.

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Dalma’s place was wonderful for our family. It was private and had a fenced in shared backyard space, which was great for our little kids. She had wonderful extras such as the beach items, coffee options for the morning, kids toys and books, and plenty of blankets if needed when it cooled off at night. Beach and restaurants were close within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. It was wonderful. Diego was very resonsive. There was an issue with Faucet on the first day but Diego ensured that it was fixed on the next day. Location was amazing very close to waterfront, india st and all the happening places
